Jackie, the manager of the store, is so sweet, nice and you can tell he cares about his crew and customers! The crew as well in the mornings are always a delight!! I go for breakfast sometimes since I work 2 minutes away from this location and I can tell you that I have never had a bad experience! Thank you Jackie and the crew for always being nice and genuine! You guys are amazing 💯.

Great service. They lost my frosty and had to remake it! It was entertaining. Food here is usually pretty good!!

Food was great. Drive thru was fast. Building looks alittle run down. Won't stop me from going back. Lol

This Wendy's is actually a really good one. The dining room closes at 9 and the drive through closes later. But every time I come here they nail my order.. I'm talking fresh juicy burgers, nice hot crispy fries, and customer service is really good too. I feel bad for the manager though cause it appears he is under staffed, yet they still get it right every time. If I could give more stars I would.

I don't know if this location is under new management or something but the food is impeccable now. I've honestly never been to a fast food restaurant that the food actually looks like the commercial. Very impressed. Great quality.

Excellent place drive through employees very polite with me keep up the great work and remember to whoever is reading this when u served or work in the fast food industry us costumers need to learned the word patience cause without that word instructed in our daily lives we have nothing thank you.

I went around midnight and was asked to wait for a bit. It was understandable and I barely had to wait anytime at all. For my trouble they threw in a free 4 piece nugget. I didn't even ask they just went out of their way for me. They have my undying loyalty.

It's fast food but this wendys is by far the best in Manchester and surrounding towns too. Prices are high for what you get but thats a corporate issue not a store level issue. Thank you Broad st Manchester Wendy's!! You're always so welcoming and friendly but the best part is the food is always fresh and i receive it fast with great customer service.

This Wendy's has stood the test of time being here since I was a young lad. In my years coming here I have yet to have a bad experience. This is one of the best fast food stops in the Manchester area.

Just went in late! Andrea the manager went above and beyond to help us out. Andrea was in the cold weather giving orders and taking orders over the earpiece. She is the real meaning of customer service. Thank you Andrea and I hope you receive this message . I went in 11/9/2019.

They never ever give ketchup. You can even remind them at the window, but nope. I wish people could reply to this and tell me the trick to getting some 😅. However everything else is always great so 🤷🏻‍♀

The food is always fresh at this location, plus drive thru is always quick "in&out" they've added a few items to their menu. Try em before they're gone!

Wendy's kids meals are customizable in ways that are not advertised; my daughter likes to get the "spicy chicken wrap kids meal", which is not actually an option on the menu but her request is never met with hesitation. Also, the "toy" that is included is rarely based on a licensed character. Rather, Wendy's offers, in my opinion, much better options than those from their competitors: typically an activity set of some kind. Around Christmas, we got a build_your_own gingerbread house with little gingerbread people. For Valentine's Day, Wendy's offered various packs of make-your-own Valentine's Day cards. Often times, they give themed building sets (most recent theme was Ocean). The building sets may be proprietary to Wendy's because I've not seen them anywhere else and every building set they've produced can be used with any previous Wendy's building set obtained. Over time, we've amassed enough sets that, when put together, we can build something rather substantial.

Its never busy so the food is always fresh. Good for us the people who pay attention. Nice and quiet and they are fast
