If you are looking for soft and comfortable lingerie and hoodies, this is a great place. Visited Aerie, loved the quality and price. 10 panties for $35 best price! Fitting room clean and the girls that work there very nice and helpful. Will definitely return.

American Eagle is one of my favorite brands for men's clothing. Today I helped my brother to pick a few pieces from this location. Neat, organized store with good selections. Prices are okay for the brand name.

the sweetest girl helped me today at aerie! first time purchasing anything from there and she even found me extra mark downs :) she is blue eyed with long blonde hair. even wished me a happy early birthday ❤❤ i got an affordable great bra and swimsuit there. sizes are hard to find but aerie is so inclusive. will DEFINITELY be shopping there from now on! thank you pretty blonde lady!

Visited the Chicago Premium outlets yesterday for the first time in over 10 years. I had a great experience and great customer service in Aerie. Amanda was very helpful, and patient with bra sizing and choosing undergarments. She searched other stores and online for Bras she didn’t have but was trying to secure for me. She went above and beyond my expectations. Evelina checked me out at the register, and she too was very kind and personable. They both were very knowledgeable, personable, and offered a great consumer experience at their Aerie store. Definitely recommend visiting this store.

I bought a couple of bras that I thought fit at the time of purchase but the more I wore them didn’t feel right. Ally was super helpful in helping me exchange them, got me in the proper fit, and even explained why they weren’t originally fitting me correctly and what bra type I should be looking for. So grateful for her help, I will most definitely be back!

This review is for the Aerie store. Nice prices and clean store. The best part of this store is the customer service. The lasty 2 times Amanda has helped us and she is absolutely amazing. Probably one of the most energetic, friendly, and helpful retail workers I've ever encountered.
