I was the best man in a wedding recently and had a great experience overall with this location. Frankie was the gentleman that helped me throughout this process, and he was amazing. His knowledge, skill and patience were on full display. I would definitely visit this location again and hope to see Frankie for any future needs.

Went in looking for a dinner jacket and got world-class service from Matt. He helped me pick out what I needed based on my description, but unfortunately, didn't have my size. That didn't stop superhero Matt who found another location that did. He called it in and confirmed that they had it.

I took my 95 year old dad here to buy a suit for my daughter’s wedding. Jasmine helped us pick out one that fit him properly, and measured him for some alterations. She was incredibly patient and could not have been nicer. My dad has a lot of trouble standing and getting clothes on and off, so this was not an easy assignment. Jasmine was wonderful to work with and so helpful to my dad. She volunteered to get the alterations done in one day when she heard we were from out of state, and headed back very soon. Overall, a great shopping experience thanks to Jasmine

Amazing service, very knowledgeable staff that make you feel welcome. And the suit I got came out great, and the price was much less than I thought. Made me want another suit! Definitely worth it and will be coming back for any big occasions.

I was assisted by Stephen, by far the most courteous sales person ever. Asked me a few questions and put amazing a suits, shirts, ties, socks, belts, and shoes together so that I can see and decide. My husband was super delighted. I hope Men's warehouse is aware of the excellent customer service that he provided. He is indeed an asset to your team. I have shopped at the Massapequa Location and what a world of difference in the staff. Need help see Stephen. I will definitely recommend this location

This review is a little late, but I had to post it. A special shout out to the operating manager, Shemar Byrd. She was wonderful!!!! She understood my frustration with not being able to try on certain parts of the tux but she spent a lot of time with us, showing us multiple options, patterns, cloths. Just great customer service!!! Unfortunately, we didn't get that at any other Men's Warehouse on Long Island. She made our experience entirely different. We will be coming back!

A good experience. Was looking for a man's jacket. It fit my son perfectly and a correct color, dark gray and black. We nought 3 shirts. They needed alterations which will be done on sit. The sales man was knowledgable.

I am getting married tomorrow and also giving my sister away at her wedding this coming friday.i havent bought a suit since the 90s.I am so inpressed with mens whare house Fred was very kind knowledgeable and was able to get me a great suit and shoes all with in my budget.they where able to taylor and have me all set for my big day under short notice.my biggest surprise was how coferable they all made me feel even though i not regularly buy suits.i will always recommend mens wharehouse when ever i hear co workers.
