We loved working with PTS Furniture and purchased our beautiful dining room and living room furniture for our major home renovation. Karen was so patient and helpful guiding us with measuring the space, coordinating colors and wood choices. So worth the wait!

PTS has a beautiful showroom with a large selection and warm ambience. Jeff and Maureen gave us helpful information and a great price on a top quality loveseat.

Been purchasing my home furniture here since 2010. This is not a discount furniture store where the junk you purchase will last a few years then have to be replaced. They know their stuff.

I was in the market for a two-drawer file cabinet of all things, and after searching online I finally found something that matched close enough to my current home office furniture. The owner spent time talking to me on the phone before I came in. Thinking I might have found my piece, I went into the store, where the owner then spent additional time talking to me about that and other (less expensive) pieces. She was patient, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I ended up buying the one I came in for. I love the piece. It's solidly constructed and has a nice glass top. Yes, it was pricey. But you get what you pay for. I paid extra for delivery, but the guys carried it up the stairs and made sure the drawers opened and closed easily. I received really good service, even though I wasn't buying a bedroom or dining set. I appreciated that. I really like the furniture they sell, and recommend this place. I like their zero-gravity chairs, too!

We were very happy with our experience with PTS furniture. We were there to purchase a recliner chair. They had a very large selection and the sales lady was very helpful explaining the workings and the differences between the chairs. We bought a recliner and they delivered it the next day. We love our new chair.

I had a great time at the store shopping. My sales person Charlie was fantastic. It is nice to have such a quality store in our area.

We walked in without an appointment and Patricia greeted us. She stayed with us and answered all our questions. I knew what I wanted but the wife, well, she wasn’t sure.
Patricia was patient and knew what she was talking about. In the end we purchased 2 Stressless chairs and a Flexsteel sofa.
We are return customers because of their selection and quality of furniture.

Jeff at PTS gave us a detailed overview of the Stressless chair we were looking at. He spent an hour with us telling us all important things about the chair. Go to PTS for quality service and an excellent understanding of the furniture they sell.
