I'm a relatively new customer. I've been in the store once and I have had 2 deliveries. They have a good selection of products and the one time I did come in person all of the staff was very friendly and professional. That's always a plus when running a business. The reason for my 3 star rating is because of the misleading advertisement on the website when it comes to the delivery fee. On the website it states: Free delivery * $65 min. I took that to mean anything over $65 is a free delivery. My order came to $107 and I still got charged a delivery fee. When I called to inquire about it, I was told that I had to order $12 more worth of product in order to get a free delivery. You all should state the exact dollar amount that needs to be ordered to get the free delivery on the website. It's misleading.

I absolutely had to change my 3 star rating to 5 stars! I just received a call from Moods and we discussed my review on Google and the reason for it. The person I spoke to was very polite and professional (that will always be a super plus in my book). Hopefully the website will be updated like they stated and I will continue to enjoy being a customer.
Thank you Moods for being attentive to the issue I had. That makes a ton of difference on if I choose to give a company my business or not. I will definitely be back!

Handicap parking in the back! So I had the bar set low for some reason and didn't know what to expect. I never went here before even when it was a different Dispo. This was my first visit and I went leaving happy and with a good amount for a great cost. I didn't hate the first time customer discount either... HUGE PLUS. I've only got first time benefits at one other location. MOOD moved up to my #2 Dispo in Jackson County. The customer service was great but VERY SMALL Inside.

Last time I went I got low prices for the top shelf... and was able to get some great Concentrate. Highly recommend these guys over any other in Jackson.

Today was my first trip to mood. I had been going to a different shop, but felt like I was getting the attention I deserved when I was in there.
