Build-A-Bear Workshop

Brought my son in for the first time for his 2nd birthday. The staff was extraordinary!! They were amazing with him and made the experience so much better. I cannot wait to come back.

So much fun for our girls' play date, such patience, care, creativity and laughs shown from Chelsea. The girls had a blast and we thank you so much for last night!!!

My daughter got a birthday build a bear unicorn here. The staff was very nice and sweet to my daughter and helped her along the way with picking out what she wanted. My daughter had just turned 4.

We took our five year old to the Great Lakes mall yesterday. He’s never been to the store and Melody helped him through every step explaining what she was doing. She was so incredibly wonderful which made the whole experience more memorable.

Had an issue with the sound insert and another one was overstuffed at a different location. We came to this one to get them fixed and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The sound insert at this location was much clearer as well.

Always a great experience! The workers are always super nice which helps me feel safe and I can enjoy the experience that way. Quality of product is high. A lot of budget friendly options. Add ons are fun too, though. I highly recommend.

My twin granddaughter's first time. it was a wonderful day

I came in today with my friend (we’re both 17). I was a bit embarrassed at first because we didn’t have any kids with us, and I was worried the staff would be judgmental. They weren’t! They were just as kind to us as they were to the kids in the store. My favorite part was when the lady running the stuffing station had me and my friend do the whole ritual with the heart just like she would have if we were younger. Absolutely phenomenal experience.

The staff here was kind, helpful and considerate to our Nephew's special needs. THANK YOU for providing a safe, friendly environment. He even smiled through the process!

My kids age 6-1 absolutely loved how much fun it was. They got to pick their own animal and watch it be made. Pick clothes for it everything they had a blast.

Amazing staff. Came in to get a bear and BAB slippers repaired. Was fast and staff was amazingly helpful with the new pay your age program. Got 2 more toys for my daughter while I was there.

Fun to go on the kids birthday. They do a pay your age for a bear so if you want a cheap build a bear go there while your kids are young

It was great! We went during the day and it wasn't too busy. Granddaughter loves her BABs!!

Great place, friendly staff! Even if the recent promotional sale didnt work out as intended, they still provided great customer service and we were very happy!

Love this location! It seems to have a smaller staff, all of which are amazing at what they do. They're all so warm and friendly, especially Mesa & Kelly!
