Never happened to me but today it happened to me that I received a package in my tracking appeared that I was ready to pick up, I went and that there was nothing the person who attended me was very rude, but I did not leave until there was no delivery Package, the error was on them when I put my package in another PO. BOX, I would rather not use your services anymore.

the people working there are a joke. always sending mail back all the time claiming it did not have the po box number on it when in fact it did. even locked my box and claiming they have no trace of it being an active box for this past year.
