Very nice old post office. Got my passport renewal photo and form to mail to the state department. No need for an appointment for a renewal within 15 years from issue. Separate building next door. Stan was very helpful. $15 for photos. I parked in the 10 minute zone.

Went into the Passport office today. Stan was a delight and kept me well informed of all I needed to do and when everything would come in. The only downfall is I paid for a half hour of parking and was out in five minutes! Great job as usual USPS!

Great customer service 👍 and whoever said it was the worst every time has never been to the gridley post office. I'm in gridley but drive to Chico because of how poor the gridley post offices. And how great the Chico office services is.

This is for the passport office. Only one person works at the passport office and the lines are very long, wait times are usually an hour plus. The man that is usually there is Stan. It is not his fault though because the post office chose to put his partner somewhere else. He’s still kind and upbeat despite the amount of customers.

The line is always shorter than the other office. But went in today and it was kind of busy. Every single person was wearing a mask except the older Caucasian lady working behind the counter... the guy in front of me even made small talk with her about the rising COVID cases. She missed the signal I guess...

Neat facility, some historical charm defaced by updating, but still a neat building

Blonde female employee is unbelievably rude. Walked in to ask some questions and she interrupted me multiple times in an attempt to get rid of me as fast as possible. Pretty much yelling at me the whole time as well. Horrible service.

The blonde woman behind the counter was very condescending and rude. Reading the reviews, it sounds like several people have had issues with her. Y’all might want to talk to her.
