So glad I decided to shop here! The young woman associate helped me tremendously. She observed my feet upon walking and recommended 4 pairs of shoes. I was able to pick the one I liked the best. I will be recommending Second Sole to everybody. I wish I would've shopped here a long time ago.

Wonderful service knowledgeable associate. Young lady who helped today was very kind. Shop has a treadmill so I was able to try multiple shoes on walk run and incline and got a new pair I'm looking forward to running on tomorrow thanks again!

Great store full of everything you need to enjoy running

I just started running and seriously injured myself trying to keep up with a regular runner. For some reason after that my legs and feet kept bothering me for weeks, and it finally clicked in my head, "my two year old shoes sucked." Heard of second sole from work and went there to try it out. The staff was amazing! I was there for a good hour and not once did they neglect me. They checked my walk to see if I was arch heavy and to narrow down my search. If you need running shoes please don't skimp out on cheap shoes. You'll regret it later.

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff every time we go there. Though I was a New Balance guy, thanks to Second Sole, I'm now a Brooks shoe guy. Tried them both on and it was night and day

amazing service! they were incredibly helpful as i came there panicked for my first meet tomorrow looking for running shoes. they were able to find my perfect fit so easily and quickly. their employee lizzy was so kind and friendly. i recommend this shop for any new runners as they gave great pointers.

This is exactly the kind of shoe store my mom wanted to go to. Personalized service. He sized our feet, checked our gait, listened to our needs, & brought out shoes that he thought would work for us. Mom bought a pair & I bought 2. A little more expensive than just going to Famous Footwear or the like, but a far better experience.

They help you pick the shoe you need- not a runner but they looked at the way I walk and helped me pick a pair to help with my back pain while at work- best shoe shopping experience I've ever had honestly. Friendly people, all their products are great, and they even will order you something if the color you want isn't in stock or something like that. Will be coming back next time I need shoes.

Came here for a new pair of real nice and supportive New Balance shoes. Very good place for shoes. As expected, they are a bit pricier, but the service and product are great.

They measure your foot when you get in and check your stride to see what shoe best fits you. Overall great experience.

What a fantastic store! Doug helped us with our team night for track and field, and educated all of our athletes on the proper footwear they required. Both professional but yet personable at the same time. Just a great crew of employees

Fantastic shoe purchasing experience:
* Employees are knowledgeable and helpful.
* Employees are runners/athletes themselves, so they speak from relevant experience
* Employees do a great job listening to what you want in a shoe, etc.
* Product selection is great.

The one dude here is very nice, I never catch his name but is the main reason I go even though they are a little overpriced. Not a great color selection, more choices at that spot over in downtown willoughby now so it’s good if you’re in a quick jam and need some comfy old white dude shoes.

Great service and quality. Needed expert advice buying Christmas present for someone special. Training shoes, bought socks and found a great buy too. Their workout torso and leggings were 75% off!!
