It’s a little easy to miss (no sign on the building) on a busy road. The service was quick and pleasant. Very helpful and friendly workers. Day and night compared to the horrible Mt Prospect post office.

First time at this post office today and what a wonderful experience with teller named Coralynn. She had a name tag plainly displayed whereas the rude and stupid teller and supervisor at Arlington Heights post office did not. Coralynn provided pleasing, informed, and helpful service!

I've visited other post offices in the area (arlington heights, palatine, mount prospect) and this is by far the best one. The employees are efficient and very professional. I just dropped off a package on Tuesday and was given an estimate of delivery to Texas by Friday. I just checked the status, the package already arrived as of today (wednesday.)

This post office is the closest to me and I’m so thankful, compared to PO’s in Chicago where I used to live, this is heaven! Kind workers and helpful, one even sings!

I am from Chicago and we just moved to Arlington Heights. I went to the post office in Prospect Heights. I was completely surprised at how wonderful the postal clerks were to everyone I witnessed. They were polite, knowledgeable and respectful. Quite the change from my experiences with the post offices in Chicago. Very positive experience.

This is a smaller post office compared to other ones I have been to. They do not provider passport services, which is a bummer. But I am beyond happy about the work they do here. I use the drop off box inside to drop off packages on a regular basis (before 5:30pm on weekdays), and they always get scanned on the same day.

Jenner was very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly. Prospect Heights Post Office is the best in the area. I live in Mt. Prospect but I get much better service in Prospect Heights. Lines move much faster. Matthew is also very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly.

The new employee Jenner is the best ! He’s quick helps everyone out fast and as efficiently as possible , he is enthusiastic I love his attitude and he always makes sure I know where the return code is on my receipt! 10/10 employee give him a raise.

This location is my favorite (one and only!) post office ever. The gentleman who have worked there for a long time is especially always kind and helpful. I hate to go to other locations. Even though the Wheeling location (beware of the lady who is very rude and unkind there) is closer to me, I use this location thanks to the great staff.

Nice staff, good service. I've been going there for years with no problems. For the people that complain about having their packages lost: CHECK YOUR SLOPPY HANDWRITING BEFORE YOU SHIP SOMETHING! If you write in cursive or chicken scratch like a 5 year old, expect your package to get delayed or lost.

Have you met this guy, Jenner? By far the most enthusiastic postal employee I have ever met...ever. I've never left the post office with a smile on my face before.

One of the best Office around. Friendly and helpful not like Mount Prospect that they think they own the Post Office and they doing you a favor. I see some one stars but what ever they complain it has nothing to do with the personal at the Prospect Heights Office

I have had a po box there for years. I get many packages delivered to my box and i am always greeted and given the best service. Ever counter person has been nice and helpful.

Jenner is awesome. He was a great help. It's obvious he loves what he does

The man at the counter was quick efficient and personable. He moved the line right along very efficiently.

Very helpful and take the time to show you selection of stamps to choice from. Never a long line. Love this post office!

I've been to this location twice now and both times I wasn't in there longer than 5 minutes. Very friendly service both times as well!
