I was very disappointed. 1st I had a flat on my first ever new car, a C300, and it cost $100 more than good year and I was waiting many hours for the replacement
Then I had a computer error telling me the transmission was unsafe. I brought it in and they didn't have a loaner car, and it took over a week for them to get back to me to even diagnose the problem.

The worst service dept I have ever used. Marie Davi was the only advisor who actually knew her stuff and worked hard for her customers. It’s a shame when you buy a $100k vehicle the LI Premier Mercedes dealership can’t fix a flat tire or relay simple information. Never again. And I will tell ALL of my clients to avoid buying a Mercedes’ at this place.

30-minute service turns into a 4 and a half hours horror.
Poor communication and false promises made time and time. And to top it off, just straight-up lie.
I will not be coming back
