Dunkin'

This is my favorite quick stop between Milwaukee and a snowboarding day at Cascade. Their service is great, friendly, and they've got our complicated order correct every time! The quality of all food and coffee items has been consistent.

Staff here prioritizes customer satisfaction and it's an easy in and out to get coffee and breakfast before getting on with your day. This is our go-to Dunkin location.

Looks like they are doing much better these days. They got more staff so you don't have to wait an hour for a sandwich and a drink. The coffee and food quality is better too. I just don't care for the donuts much but that has more to do with their corporate recipes I think. I don't even take the free one on Wednesdays.

It would be nice if the bathroom was available without asking for a key. The newer staff is really nice and professional. In case you have a problem with your order they do everything they can to fix it.

They updated the lobby since the old furniture was falling apart. If they don't maintain this I will update it here. A few years ago I wouldn't have eaten here for free because everything was so bad.

The place was very clean and the service was immaculate. The donuts were pretty good and also the refreshers.

Best coffee in the world for me, And they make a great sandwich.

I was warmly greeted and treated like a king by John and Amanda today! They saw I was having a tough day and really made me feel OK, giving service and positive attitudes that are rarely experienced at restaurants these days. Thank you!!! Rest assured -- I will be back to this fine store -- and often!!

This place has improved a lot and I started visiting again. It was 0 stars 2 years ago and now I give it 5. The employees provided good service and the coffee and food is much better. It's been consistent over several visits now. I will update it if anything changes.

It is a Dunkin' shop, they have donuts and coffee. I got a box of Munchkins, coffee rolls and apple fritters. Everyone loved them! I don't get a chance to have Dunkin's as there isn't one in Alaska :(/

Each staff member that I've interacted with here has been wonderful. They are attentive to my order and quick to get it done! The coffee is always delicious, too. It's definitely the best coffee to get from a chain restaurant.

My order has only been improperly made once (out of many times) when it was crazy busy during the weekend. I don't blame them, but you may want to consider going during their downtime!

Love this place!! It is a daily for us. My husband and I always get the iced coffee with Caramel, French Vanilla, Creamer with whipped cream on top & caramel drizzle... it tastes thee best! The employees are always super nice too. Ashley, Conrad and Lauren are my favorites.They always greet us when we walk in, are fast and consistent and make really good coffee. That is one of the many reasons we keep coming back. Good job Dunkin' Donuts you've made us into regulars. 😁

The drive through is a little slow at times but I’d imagine that’s from people ordering food. The woman in drive through who calls everyone hun is the absolute greatest! She’s SO friendly, and makes the best drink every single time. I LOVE when I get her!

I went there to pick up donuts and coffee for a class function. Staff was very quick and helpful. They advised how much coffee the Box O Joe served and helped pick out my donuts. They packaged everything nicely so I could carry my large order easily. Very impressed with the excellent customer service!

I've only been at this location twice, but both times I was received wonderfully. Yesterday I was given a complimentary donut after there was a mix up in the drive thru. And today one of the team members, not sure her name but she had moved from Illinois, was very kind and made me the best drink I've had at a Dunkin.

Yesterday, I ordered 10 dozen donuts and muffins at the store on Sunset for an early morning pickup today. Everything was ready when I got there, and the donuts and muffins were fresh and warm. Excellent service!

I have to admit that I love their plain cake Donuts they have the best of any place the one I go to is on Grandview in Waukesha and it's clean friendly service and if you're an AARP member you got a free donut with your drink so I can't beat that.

A well known national chain. This location comes with a drive-thru. The staff are still kept in check and the menu choices are still there. If you're going to park, the foundation in this plaza is very complicated to learn.

I wish it wasn't in waukesha they are so nice ice latte was double on point!! Everything was on point here love the girl at the window i was in and out n five mins!!

Went inside to order. Friendly and fast customer service. Order was accurate and only had to wait about 1-2 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, coffee and hash browns.

They're quick and the food is always fresh. Any time I have ever gone there they make sure I'm in and out and my orders are normally pretty large.

Love the donuts and the coffee is designed to pair with the classic glazed donut perfectly. Great breakfast sandwhiches, although probably high calorie.
