Sales associate was super polite and helpful with me while I chose a new pair of boots. They pulled my order history to check sizing and fitment. All smiles throughout transaction

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got fitted, Bought boots that I’ve had before but with the Boa strap because they were cheaper than the ones with laces. Unfortunately they ended up wearing in more than my previous and my foot moves a little more than I’d like and the expensive inserts I bought started to peel up on the heel and now they are useless and uncomfortable, will probably never spend money on them again. So not completely happy with my experience this purchase but I can’t do anything about it because it was passed a month and they do not except returns on inserts. A lot of money to be wasted at my expense. Seem to always have problems finding comfortable footwear, especially ones I wear 10-14hrs a day.

The staff is amazing. The are friendly....patient...and kind. I have bought 4 pair of boots for my husband here....as well as inserts and evertime I come in everyone is just super helpful. There are no boots like a red wing boot. My husband refuses to wear anything else since I boot his first pair 7 years ago.
