Recently, my screen glitched without any cracks, so I returned. They promise a lifetime warranty, but the initial screen they put on wasn't covered. This time, they offered a warranty-eligible replacement for $99, the same price I paid for my previous screen replacement. I wish I knew about this earlier. But now I know to ask for the warranty one!

Came in to have my phone checked had front camera issue no faceID. Took me less then 10 minutes to get it fixed all thanks to Carlo he knows what he’s doing with his great customer service. I will most certainly refer Carlo to my people and will definitely be coming back for future maintenance

Update 2/18/24: this is my new favorite business in Oceanside! My wife needed her laptop repaired but we were unable to pickup during normal business hours. My wife called the shop and they came in to get us her laptop on their day off!!! Best customer service ever

I had a great experience a few weeks ago. My Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G's screen cracked in the top left corner making the phone unusable. I worked with Grant. His prices beat everyone, even BestBuy & other locally owed repair places. The service was fast and easy, the communication was fast & he was even able to offer a loaner phone while he repaired mine - a life saver! He fixed my front screen without forcing me to fix the back screen, which has a much smaller crack in the top right, like another company tried to do. I even got a new pink frame. Pick up was easy & he even gave suggestions on how to keep my phone protected, easy ways to fix/replace certain things, etc. I hope I never drop another phone but if I do I'd definitely come here for the repair. Great, Honest, Quick. I had my MacBook Pro repaired here over night. Originally they gave us a price of 420, 320 for the replacement screen and 100 for labor. And then they noticed the replacement screen dropped $60 in price, so we ended up paying a total of 360 instead! The replacement was delivered that night and repaired the next day and I received a text message when my laptop was available for pick up… super relieved and happy with service! Thanks!

He is very friendly and he knows what he is doing. I really want to thank him. I took my cellphone to repair today. The back cover was broken. He spent lots of time searching and making phone calls for the part. It seemed that I am going to wait until he orders the part. interestingly he didn't give up easily and all of a sudden there was the part I needed.
