The store manager Corey went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my service. When I picked up my car, the loud noise was completely gone. I will definitely be coming back! Thanks again for everything.

I went there because my tire pressure light was on in my car. They got me back within a couple minutes. They checked and filled my tires as needed. They were so friendly and helpful! This excellent customer service is rare these days and was appreciated!

We have been going to Tires Plus for years with multiple vehicles. Yesterday I experienced a flat tire and barely made into Maplewood, Minn location. They were all so professional, knowledgeable, and prompt with service to select and put on 4 new Firestone tires. My husband reviewed the tire they selected and their pricing was very fair. We would recommend Tires Plus and talk to Nicholas Misner, Service Manager, Maplewood, Minn location.

I had a 9:00 am appointment and was greeted and accepted. Tire balance and rotation took about an hour. The cost was reasonable and overall, I was quickly on my way to live my day.

It’s good customer services. Always do the best they can to find out the issue I been having with my vehicle. Good timing to get me in and out. Good team.

Courteous, competent service. High quality repair of flat tire done quickly. Checkout process was a bit cumbersome, with multiple responses required on payment device. Otherwise an excellent experience.

The customer service was great. I easily scheduled the appointment online and received a confirmation email very quickly. I was pleasantly greeted the next day when I dropped my car off for brakes and oil change and Cory (I believe was his name) confirmed with me when I wanted to pick my car up. I was called roughly an hour after drop off letting me know of the issues with my brakes. He even saw my history and advised on better quality parts that can be used, which I really, really appreciate. He proactively offered discounts. There was more involved too, but to sum it up, everything went great. My car was taken care of politely, professionally and exceptionally. Sometimes you can feel taken advantage of with the automotive industry in general and getting maintenance done, but, Cory went above and beyond to offer the best service possible. And he was so nice. I work in Customer Service. It's things like this that keep you coming back to a place. Thank you.

Had a slow leak on a tire I bought a year ago. They scheduled an appointment for the same day I called in and promptly helped me when I entered. I lucked out because I had the road coverage/ warranty and the total cost for a new tire (last one was not fixable) was $15. The person working the front desk was very efficient, patient, and effective.

Great service and Great tires! After I gave my tire size, They gave me a printed estimate with stats/info for 3 different tires for me to choose. I was able to drop my truck off before work and picked it up with 4 New Shoes on my lunch break! Extremely Knowledgeable. Extremely Convenient! Thx Guys!

Sofie and Kyle are AMAZING! After having a terrible experience at a Roseville location, they left me with a flat tire on the side of the road. They brought me to this location and were so understanding. Kyle is quick with his hands, got me out of there in less than an hour but it went by even faster with having sofie to talk to. What a ray of sunshine. Very considerate, nice, perky and the one who made me feel better about my situation. Kyle thoroughly told me what he did and why he did it. Very appreciated and will be coming back for them

I had to change my appointment from a different location last minute, due to conflicting scheduling. I was able to get an appointment for the same day. They were friendly and welcoming, and told me my possible wait time. They informed me of where they were at in the process while they were inspecting, and what they found. I feel this location did a great job listening to my concerns, and found the issues. After my appointment my car runs like it's brand new! I will be going to this location from here on out. Keep up the awesome customer service!

Honestly loved this place, every auto place I go to, I feel like I be getting taken advantage of, but not here! They were super honest and helpful, Lance the front desk make me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Definitely recommend they have good reviews for a reason, super fast too! I’m super satisfied with this place will be coming back for sure!

Lance went above and beyond with customer service. He was able to work with me on scheduling, and explained every step of the repair from diagnosis to invoicing with me. Pricing was fair and broken down, and didn’t feel oversold like other shops. Other area service departments could learn a thing or two from this team!
