Got my eclipse glasses at this store. Staff are very friendly. Smooth transaction. Smallish retail but clean and orgeanized. The gem really is the pleasant demeanor of the staff at this store today. Happy to have visited. Here for springbreak and i just jave to grab my TMo Tuesday goodies.

I have been coning to this T-Mobile store for over six years for our family plans and phones and they are great! Super friendly, professional and helpful. They have always treated us well and taken very good care of our needs. A smaller store so sometimes there is a little wait, yet they focus on customer service and never rush through making sure everything is done right. Highly recommend them.

I would like to Thank Veronica and Maria for the excellent customer service they provided. I had been without a phone for 3 days . I came in from out of town I walked into T Mobile to a pleasant greeting from both . I had Maria show me several phones and asked her for input and I finally decided on a samsung galaxy fold . Maria and Veronica were very diligent through the whole process. Which took some time as Maria had to contact sprint to update account info. She allowed me and my wife to shop nearby while she spoke with Sprint and then helped me with applying my screen protector and case . You Ladies Rock !

Just had the best experience with any mobile carrier at this location, and I've been to a lot. I never right reviews this is my first ever, but I had to because the costumer service went above and beyond. Been trying to get my s9 I bought a few days ago swapped out for a warranty issue. I've been to 4 different stores in 3 days and FINALLY these guys (and gals) handled it. Returned a few different items for a couple others. No problem. Big thanks to this T-Mobile crew! I'd drive across state if I had any more problems just to get that white glove service! Thanks again!

The customer service was great! Receptionist, Marielena was terrific in welcoming me to the T Mobile service. I appreciate her information on the opportunities offered with T mobile as well as her great sense of humor in helping to select a new phone.

Great customer service and approachable, the transition from my old phone to the new was smooth, they were able to help me to back up my most important information and photos when reseting my phone, Raul Gil , Kim and the rest of the staff were very sweet and friendly, I absolutely recommend this store 100 % !

Store had customers and only 2 employees working. They were very polite. And took care of customers carefully. Although store was having issues with system. The girls,kept their cool and did everything in their power to help everyone. Nice work girls.

The customer service here is robust; two associates, Michael and Jessica, serviced a long line of people within minutes, and provided the same swiftness with one of my no-longer function iPhone 5s with a new Samsung phone. Both were very helpful and had a sense of humor, even considering that I had arrived near closing time.

Wow!! I have been dealing with an issue on my Sprint account for a WHILE, after making a lot of calls to sprint and visiting 2 different T-mobile locations, One of them being a corporate store, Stephanie at this location solved my issue in literally 5 minutes with just my ID and a couple questions. I'm beyond grateful.

This location knows what they’re doing! I came in on Black Friday 2021, on vacation, and they didn’t waste a minute of my time. They laid everything out in black and white and got me out of there in a moments notice. Their customer service is top notch and I can’t thank them enough for helping a damsel in distress!
