Michaels

I'm an oil painter and they actually have a decent
selection of paint and other accessories. I like the Winsor brand and they do in fact carry them. It's more expensive than other oil paint brands from some craft stores, but I don't mind paying a little more for a better quality product. Store itself is well organized and the staff are very friendly.

What a great experience, if expensive. Went to Michael's because they had 70% off the frames. Well it's 70% off just the frame. It's not 70% off the labor to frame the piece or the glass or the mounting or that sort of thing. Having said that though we were helped by a lovely woman who looked at what we were framing and offered up the exact right frame. I mean we would not have been able to find that in all those frames so she was really helpful. And she helped us with the price and it turned out to be fairly expensive but because I got points on my card I got to buy some new Christmas decorations! Michaels is really a nice store and the people who work there are wonderful. Merry Christmas And Happy New Year to Michaels and all the people who work there! Oh the artwork we had framed was a Christmas present and it was very well received!

I stopped at this store when I came to drop my son off at school after Thanksgiving Break. I went in for ribbon and came out with 2 arm loads full of stuff 😁. It had completely different stuff than my Michael’s near home. Also pretty organized. Loved stopping by. TY

This store always has what I want/need on the shelves, or in back. I usually go in for 1-2 items but come out with more!! The employees are friendly & willing to help. They normally have great sales! I've never come out of Michael's having a bad visit.

I love this store!! The new manager is exceptional and has made it a great place to shop. Everything is well organized. The employees are really amazing, they always give you the highest discount at the register that they can find. I went in with a $5 coupon one day thinking that was a great deal but the guy at the register ended up getting me $7 off with a store coupon instead! You can't beat that these days.

This store was amazing!! They had everything I needed and more! I don’t even work there (due to my age since I’m 11.83 y/o) and they let me help my OCD by organizing their brush pens and alcohol markers.

Went in to buy some yarn and they had a large selection to choose from as well as crochet hooks and pattern books. I love Michael's!

I went to the Manchester store yesterday. When I went to check out, this lady was training someone. I wish I had said something then but I did wish the trainee the best and told her she did very well and just take a deep breath..you got this. But the trainer....she had long white hair in a braid....sorry did not catch her name. She was the most patience trainer I have every seen. She explained each hiccup that happened when the computer was not registering a sale. She was extremely patience, calm, knowledgeable and broke each issue down with your new trainee. Every person should be trained by someone like her. Big shout out to this trainer. Though it took a little longer to cash out...it was an extremely pleasant experience. I was smiling when I left your store. This trainer is a keeper for sure.

Love this location. Always find what I am looking for. Always have great markdowns. We met Josh on this trip. He greeted us as soon as he saw us and offered to help. Within a few minutes we needed his help and he went above and beyond to help us. He was very kind knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He made our visit so pleasant. Great selection and good sales on stuff. Staff is really helpful and can help you find what you are looking for. Bianca is especially helpful and patient finding things and is very nice! She helped me figure out what canvases I needed for what I was planning on painting and what else I needed.

This Michael's is so clean and so well-organized. Nothing is missing a price tag, every item is in its correct place, and all of their signage is clear and easy to understand. Additionally, all of their employees are very helpful and will approach to see if you have any questions instead of waiting for you to try and hunt someone down. The parking situation in this shopping center is pretty atrocious, but the store itself is great. Remember to bring your own bags!

Store is always clean, organized and shelves are fully stocked. Good prices, especially when there is a sale going on and coupons to be applied. They had everything I needed for a party I was planning.

Michaels is honestly one of my most enjoyable craft stores to shop at. Like Target, I often go in for one thing and come out with several materials for projects, some decor for my home, or a small gift for someone special. When I am looking for items in bulk, the staff assists me with finding them on the floor or checking the back stock. So far, I have not had any challenges. The only thing is I have to complete a tax-exempt form every time I go in for work purposes (I work at a nonprofit). I'm hoping that they'll get with the digital age soon, where you can register once, and your information is on file. But overall, I'm fine.

Awsome place! They had everything to decorate our wedding and it was super clean !! To me that's a plus
