AT&T Store

My experience was fantastic! I came in to upgrade my phone and Natalie and Ramon were able to work through several complications relating to an app I need to have on my phone. They were both thoughtful and patient and solution oriented and friendly. the whole experience was highly professional and even fun! I would recommend working with them to anyone.

Ramon Rodriguez was very informative about AT&T over charging me. He was very professional alongside Mr Denzel Whitest. Very knowledgeable and courteous to not only my needs but to other customers needs as well. Best store ever and I will recommend this At&t store to anyone

Amazing amazing. I spoke to the manager Ramon before even going in, he let me know what service was available to help fix my crack screen. He is knowledgeable ,he was so friendly. I was able to get my iPhone fixed within two hours. I am so grateful I met him and was able to get back on track. this is definitely my permanent AT&T store.❤

Ramon was amazing. He demonstrated exceptional customer service to everyone included myself. I need an upgrade and just lost my phone. He took care of everything and listened to my concerns. I will definitely come back to this location in the future.

I went in this store feeling defeated because I was having so much trouble with transferring my tmobile service to at&t and having my new phones returned.
Ramon was absolutely the best,he resolved my problem by making phone calls and doing everything he could for me.It was such a lengthy process but he explained to me exactly what happened and he made sure that I left the store with my new phones.Ramon and denzell are seriously the best.I will absolutely visit this store with any issue's because these 2 gentlemen know exactly what they're doing!

I was there today Denzell and Ramon were both top tier professionals! I walked in asking for one thing because I thought I couldn’t get what I really wanted BUT I walked out with everything I wanted and then some. They’re both Very knowledgeable about the product and service I highly recommend this location.

Im definitely a little late since its been 2 weeks, but felt it was extremely necessary to thank Mr. Ramon for helping me. I was having some service issues as well as my phone constantly hanging up during FaceTime calls. He made it his business to resolve the issues and followed up with me while I was walking on the street to ensure I had no additional problems. Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Thank you again.

My AT&T sales representative, Mr. Ramon is the "epitome" of customer service.
He was:
- Congenial
- Extremely Knowledgeable of how to solve the problem due to his proficient product knowledge
- Helpful (He made you feel relieved he would be able to offer you a solution).
- Authentic (He seemed very genuine and he had a sense of humor that put you at ease).

My experience @ the South Orange store was very pleasant and I walked out satisfied and with a smile on my face.
In addition, I noticed Mr. Ramon walked every customer to the door. He treated you like a guest and not just a customer. I liked his finishing touches.

Denzell whitest was great ! helped me and my mom get 2 new iphones and transferred all of our pictures and photos for us. very polite and helpful 10/10

When I arrived the store was closed with a few customers about to leave. Ramon was kind enough to let me in and he helped me place an order for my brand new phone and have it sent to me! Natalie B. was awesome, she fixed my phone in 10 minutes. She was knowledgeable, polite, welcoming, and extremely fast. My phone was freezing and wouldn't turn on/off and the screen went black. Natalie showed me how to reset it without losing data.

Shout to the manager Ramon Rodriguez he was very helpful I am a new customer with them and the experience made me glad to have switched! He was helpful and made sure I got the best help !
