They have been short staffed for a while, but their service is always helpful and friendly. Seen some new faces recently so hopefully they will be fully staffed soon. Keep up the great work as I know customer service is not an easy job.

We had an excellent experience submitting our passport paperwork. Kim was efficient, knowledgeable and personable. The whole process was painless, and she was delightful to work with. Highly recommend!

So, I have to admit - every time I'm in the post office, I am treated with respect and kindness. But I think that's because I treat them similarly. I've watched as "customers" yell and scream at the workers while the workers try to clean up the "customer's" mess. It's as if these people are doing it on purpose to screw with the workers.

Thank you, postal workers, for your hard work and for putting up with angry sods.

Every time I visit this Post Office the employees always greet me with a smile. They are hard working even with the constant long lines. People need to have a little more patience or just don't go to the Post Office.

I see a lot of reviews unfairly attacking the staff. They are helping people who don't know how to send mail. Its not complex to have your stuff ready things move smooth. They have automated machines if you don't like the line. The staff is friendly 5-15 minutes to wait for some one to provide shipping help and packaging of products isn't so bad.

Lydell branch of the post office is great.
I always receive great service the clerks are informative helpful and friendly.
Sometimes it is a little crowded rush hour mostly or lunch time. Other times it's usually a short or no wait.

Great service a few months ago helping me send out a passport update! Just a few minutes wait around 4 pm after work and the clerk was very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed in place.

This place is great! Always very helpful and kind. And even during busy seasons, they move the lines along - they are very hard working.
