Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

It was like walking into the past this holiday season. The store was beautiful. Polo apparel speaks for itself. Unbelievable sales storewide. I actually found an outfit that is new 🏫 school with a touch of a classic hard to fin anywhere 1990s type striped light sweater. All the associates were extremely helpful and no stereotyping. Made me feel good to know that there's a great outlet that is #1 on my list. Thank you to all. Happy holidays.🎄🎁❄7

Was really excited they had a sale & actually had several polos to choose from larger than a XL. Good big & tall selection. Sign up for the rewards program. I was able to get an extra 25% off which was fantastic.

Arrived to pick up online order 9 minutes before opening Saturday was greeted an order was ready when I arrived

Had to make a quick pick up while out of town and pleasantly surprised with the customer service and cleanliness of this location.. no complaints, top notch experience and everyone keep up the excellent work!!

Rodolfo went the extra mile to locate a jacket for my son. When he couldn’t find it in the store he called two other stores to locate the size I needed. Outstanding customer service was greatly appreciated

Good prices and several things on sale for Christmas. Not too crowded. The polo bear collection is a must-have. The customer service was great. The location is near I-75

One of the rare factory stores for RL. Probably the best RL outlet around here. Every Thanksgiving shopping season I come here determined to buy nothing and every single time ended up overspending. So wait for the great offers and keep track of your spending.

Great selection and good sales. The store is kept clean but I did notice that someone retuned a shirt that was clearly worn (dirty collar, multiple hairs on collar, signs of usage) and they just hung it on the clearance rack! I told the manager and she was like maybe they wore it to try on....ummm noway! It had signs of being worn days... She didn't even apologize, just took the shirt and walked away.. Gross experience, but again overall I go here often and will continue to do so... But will check the collars and shirts first before committing to buying them!

Good selection was extremely well merchandised. Clothing was always in it's place and selections were available. Efficient and friendly sales and cashier personnel. We felt it was the best managed store that we visited.

This is a great outlet however before going here you need to do so e homework to get extra discount. Need to register two weeks in advance online and get your 25 percent voucher which you can download into your Apple wallet. There are additional email discount vouchers you will receive.

Always fun to shop at Polo Ralph Lauren - the fall and winter selections were creative, varied, a bit pricey so make sure you take advantage of the many discount offers that Ralph Lauren posts regularly😊
There's the neatest fleece "sweatshirt" in orange that i found - perfect for long flights and cold airports! Available in blue, gray, red as well! Nice hoodies for the ladies too- with a big Ralph Lauren insignia in front!🧘‍♂🎊

Love having a polo outlet with B&T section. Luckily in the past year I have lost 88lbs so I no longer need B&T, but it has regular sizing aswell. Its clean. Friendly staff and can get lots of traffic on the weekends.

One of my favorite stores by far. They have a great selection of clothes at good prices, especially if you get their text deals. Definitely recommended. It's worth the long lines.

The store is large based in Tampa Premium Outlets, these oitletsvare much quieter than the outlets in Orlando so has a more relaxed feel. The store is clean and tidy with friendly helpful staff, the clothing range is huge with excellent pricing. Plenty of car parking close.

It's always a good experience to come shopping here. Ralph Lauren is a great brand with global recognition and having a factory store close to Wesley Chapel is nice. This mall has a lot of good stores and Polo is one of the main ones there. Look for their sale offers, they are typically attractive to the followers of the brand.

I love this store. They have great deals and great customer service/ sales reps. I am happy with all me purchases.
