This is my nearest USPS and I am glad it is! I've had great experiences here multiple times and the staff are always helpful and kind.

It’s a small town post office so set your expectations accordingly. Pleasant staff. It’s a luxury to have one close by and walkable for many locals in my opinion.

Every time I go to the North Saint Paul location, staff is very helpful and courteous. Sometime it is busy and I just wait until it is my turn. People need to have their **** together when they go and it wouldn’t be a problem. Great job to all staff for putting up with customer BS!

Been coming here for years. I've shipped hundreds of packages at this location. Never had a problem. The USPS has really stepped up their website too. Offering free package pickups at your home and the daily "Informed Delivery" scans of your mail are really amazing. It has helped me locate "lost" mail twice. A++

This is the only PO I use anymore, and I am always recommending it to family and friends. The postal employees are always cheerful and efficient, but my last trip there was way over the top! Unbelievably positive! I was running late, arriving within 10 minutes of closing, and almost expected to get turned away, or that there would be a long line since it is the holiday season. Surprise....there was no line and I was in and out within 5 minutes!! Fast and friendly service and convenient parking too.

Go to this place if you actually want to be helped and treated like your time and money are valuable. Great service, intelligent people working. I had unresolved issues at the white bear post office, that was able to get rectified here.

My favorite post office that always scan my packages and send them on their way the same day, whether I drop off at the counter or even in the drop box. The counter employees are super nice too.

The NSP office is my fav post office in the cities! They are so fast and efficient. And it’s cute inside :)

Had to stay beyond closing time to get something fully packaged up, and they gladly left the counter open for when I had finished. Never had any issues with them, this is the only post office I'm going to.

Best post office experience I have ever had. Helpful, friendly staff and a very short wait. I'm definitely coming back.

Called and spoke with Dan, extremely helpful and explained (2x) for me. Were building a new home next door to an existing home I owned and it got confusing. Great guy!

I went here today to submit a change of address after not being able to submit the change of address online. The service was excellent.

I always enjoy coming here from the atmosphere inside this old building to the people behind the counter, they are always helpful and treat you like a neighbor. They are pleasant and seem to enjoy there job.

Great customer experience. Friendly staff, clean and less busy during early hours. No waiting.... Awesome!
