Just called to locate a package that I missed the delivery on, the person on the phone was so helpful in locating it and helping me set up re-delivery. Picked up packages here in person a few times too, usually running close to closing time, they have been very efficient in the past.

This is a busy post office and I am happy with the customer service of the employees

Reading the reviews, the 1 star rants are likely the same folks who yell at store employees when the store is out of something.

Relax everyone, it's a post office. The employees are helpful, my mail is delivered, and they're open when they say they will be. UPS & FedEx aren't exactly batting 1000 either.

For the most part they are nice. I avoid going inside during the holidays season as much as I can. Print your postage a head of time.

when I steal mail its a federal crime but when these jokers do it its their job????

Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds. But, a 60' long driveway will prevent delivery of packages. Amazon, UPS and Fed-Ex all will deliver packages onto our porch. The Post Office will not and we always have to go get our packages in Stillwater.

Got an extra star for actually hitting the porch from an impressive launch of our package about 10 feet out. Did it really save that much time versus walking three steps? #Lazy
