I love the family atmosphere and the staff at this planet fitness. Aaron, PJ, and Josh along with many others are truely amazing individuals. I love all the options of having a good workout and tanning that is still available with a good price.. Best gym for me in the area. :)

Machines work really well, and I love the variety. I feel safe there as a single woman and don't have to worry about guys hitting on me. Plus, the overall safety in the Bridgeport location always makes me feel very comfortable walking in and out of the building. The front staff are always welcoming and nice and helpful. They always go out of the way for you. The facility is really spacious so you can feel like I have your own area to work in without feeling claustrophobic.

Affordable memberships. A very large variety of machines, free-weights, kettlebells, and stretching assist bars. Multiple cleaning stations throughout the gym. Massage beds, tanning beds, stand-up tanning and so many other perks. Great place to do your own rehabilitation regimen. Take a tour, you will be excited to workout at Planet Fitness.

This is a Planet Fitness under remodeling right now, so I will have to come back and provide more commentary once everything is done. Our normal gym is either the Morgantown gym or the Fairmont gym.

Best bang for your buck, friendly staff & clean. It's all up to you.

Staff is THE BEST EVER!! Location is perfect. Facility is always clean and well kept. Absolutely love it.

Nice facility with extensive collection of cardio and strength training equipment. Friendly staff. Low membership cost. No day care if that's an issue.
Many of the TV sets have been removed for some reason, but overall a great place to workout. Still cannot believe how little they charge for membership.
Summer 2023 update. Big renovations underway since June, hoping to finish this month. When all is done, I expect it to rate 5 stars, given it's previously noted diversity of equipment, cleanliness, friendly staff, and low cost. Be warned, however, there are no locker facilities yet, and the bathroom is outside (but the nicest portable bathroom I've ever seen).
Sep2023. Renovations to everything except the premium membership area (tanning beds, massage chairs, etc.) complete. While I can't see a whole lot of real change, the place was great before, and is again, back to 5-stars. Highly recommended for casual gym rats like me, the serious folks should also like it.

I feel great & love being back in a gym. I also love being in a no judgement zone. The facility is very clean and members are great about wiping down the machines after use. I like the whole package and did I mention the affordability? Very important with inflation, makes me feel I have control over something.

The gym is clean. Its not over crowded. Nice place to work out. I enjoy the total body enhancement "beauty angel" booth. The light therapy makes me feel good!

Nice place to work out. Clean - even through construction. The staff is wonderful and willing to stop and help you anytime.

I love the judgment free aspect. I know I'm a terrible runner bit I run because I know no one cares! Lol I love this gym!

The staff are all nice and helpful . I have the black card and the tanning privileges pay for themselves for 25$ a month ! On top of that my favorite is the red light therapy bed and also the massage bed and chairs. The locker room is huge , the bathrooms are always clean kept and eco friendly. And the option to clean your equipment should be offered at not just this gym but every other gym!!!! 5 stars planet fitness.

I recently visited the Planet Fitness in Myrtle Beach, SC and the one in Beckley, WV. The planet Fitness in Bridgeport, WV is the one I normally visit 3 times a week. The Bridgeport one is much cleaner and the equipment is better maintained. They also have several types of machines I prefer to use that the others didn't have. The workers are all friendly and helpful. These things all contribute to the feeling that the Bridgeport location is "home"

I really appreciate the variety of equipment, but the industriousness of some of the employees when I’m there in the morning is what really impresses me. I’ve been a member at the Bridgeport, WV location for over two years and now that it’s under the new management of Leia, her new morning crew with Angie can’t be beat! Angie has that place the cleanest I’ve ever seen it! They are always friendly and encouraging and hard workers. They provide the extra incentive for me to show up every morning, because I know they notice their regulars and look forward to seeing us each day and notice when someone’s missing. I appreciate everything they do and all the hard work that they put in. See ya in the morning guys! ;)

Best gym facility in the Bridgeport area for the money. Always clean, friendly staff, all the amenities (especially free tanning), so many machines, great cardio area, and so much more. I love the stretching cages. When a machine is broken, it is labeled clearly and fixed quickly. I have been in the gym business for twenty years, I know when work is being put in and when real planning is involved. I know, also, when it’s not. This facility has it all! The location is great because I don’t drive and it’s located on the bus line. If you do drive, plenty of close parking and in the wintertime, they keep it clean and clear. I can’t say enough how much I love my Planet Fitness here in Bridgeport.

I loved my time here! I just recently cancelled my membership because I never go. Not because it’s a bad place but because I never have time. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and it’s got a great vibe to it !

The gym is always clean! The culture is supportive and my trainer does an excellent job motivating me to finish my workouts. The front desk people are always polite, and I love coming in to work out! Thank you, PF!

Love this gym. I have been going there for years. Staff is helpful and so are the people who go there. If you need help, just ask someone. They will not act in any kind of negative way, they will just show you what you need to do. Every time I’ve gone there, they have been very clean, and the whole gym has been very enjoyable. I highly recommend!

The front desk staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve had my membership to PF for about 5 years now and I have no complaints. The tanning beds are my favorite. They have options that suits everyone. Uplifting environment, great choice in equipment, and clean.

Nice facility ... Clean and easy to access. If you happen to go here while traveling through the state with a camper (like we did) make sure to ask the desk for a flyer to put in your window or mall security will be all over you.
