When I go to Lowes I always look for one employee, Jason, because he has never failed to be not only knowledgeable but friendly, kind, patient, and understanding. A part broke on my power washer. He went out of his way and above and beyond to help me figure it out and order the part for me. I am so appreciative and grateful. He is definitely a rare find!!

This is one of if not the Best Lowes stores I have ever even to.
And I drove Truck cross country for 30 years and I've been to many Lowes but non were as helpful and no other was stocked with supplies as good as Clarksburg wv.
This store is on point and the employees do a great job to help find what I need and help any way they can loading the truck

We needed a 15/16 plywood sheet cut to 60"x40" & 48"x36" & 8"×36" & 8"×4" it was a lot of cuts for a $30 piece of wood. however, LEVI was so nice to my sister and I and did it without any questions or complaints. I just want to recognize the outstanding young man that he is and the wonderful customer service experience that we had because of this exceptional young man! As single older ladies in our late 60's we really appreciate this service. It is one of the many reasons we will continue to shop at Lowes in Clarksburg, WV. Thank you again Levi!!!

I have always shopped at Lowes and enjoy browsing sometimes just to get ideas for home improvement from their large variety of quality merchandise, but I happened to visit memorial day weekend and saw an employee taking great care to make a visually appealing display in the veterans dedicated parking spot in honor of service personnel who are no longer with us and I had to share.

LOWE'S SUPER CENTER, has anything you need for home improvement. Helpful and friendly staff. Will load your lumber and other heavy material or appliances.

I never had such good help like I did today. The man that was working in the deck cleaners and waterproofing was the best I've ever had. I just wish I got his name. He was awesome!!

My go-to for home improvement, gardening and wild bird supplies. Staff are always willing to help, and if they can’t, they’ll get someone who can. The store is well-organized, too, unlike some locations.

Great selection, most associates know their stuff so they can actually help you, and the prices are pretty good. Sometimes the website shows things in stock that aren't really there, and the opposite as well. But still a great place for the stuff you need.

Customer service in the flooring was excellent. They stopped their current work and helped us get products from the back stock on the top of the shelves. Even unloaded it for us. Check out was fast and simple.

Rhonda in large appliances was friendly, relatable, helpful, and efficient!

Used lowes online services to purchase some new patio furniture and was able to utilize their curbside pickup feature the very next day to complete the purchase. All in all, it was a very smooth transaction and I was very pleased with the service and items received. Would definitely recommend for someone needing good quality items in a hurry!

She moves and plays Christmas music,
So awsome also..
Lowe's had the best to choose from for Christmas decorations !!!
No one had a Manger and I could not believe there was none !!!

Garden shop has a nice selection on flowers , plants and lots of other items for your yard makeover.

It was easy to find everything on our list, with good selections of items. Our cashier was nice and helpful.

I was in the tool department looking for a leaf blower. Not there. I found John in another aisle. He walked me over to where they were. He explained all about the blowers and I felt good about the one I purchased. There was a sale sign still posted that indicated a sales price that was over. He let me have it for the sake price, was willing to even carry it out for me. Great customer service! Give John a shout out. He is awesome.

Wide variety of flowers! While browsing I found the bargain plants that were 1 step from the garbage bin & found several that had enough life left in them to survive...yep, brought them home!
The prices are affordable but found that the same flowers were in different size pots at different prices...after comparing, I found that buying a 6 pk was the bargain. I highly recommend Lowe's for all your needs (or wants!)

Went in to buy paint. The woman who helped us was Very knowledgeable and friendly. She was from Honduras with the biggest smile on her face, really liked her.
