As it was a delight all the way through the CASH register as the cashier working att with exemplary and was competent in his job. Both should get a raise. Or / and a CHRISTMAS BONUS. Visited the store in April 2022 to purchase a mountain bike, James the bike tech was really helpful and took me through my options and then did a in depth check of the bike and got it tuned and ready for me to ride, would highly recommend the service at this store, the team made me feel very welcome.

We purchased my kayak over a week ago & it’s perfect! We stopped with no intent of purchasing that day but after speaking with the Sales Manager Larry M. we then decided to buy one that day. He is very knowledgeable of all of the kayaks and he directed me to the kayak that would be a fit for my needs. We ended up purchasing the Perception Swifty 9.5. I wanted a particular color so not only did Larry get it for me but he personally went outside in 90 degree temps and dug it out of the bottom of the pile of kayaks by himself. Then came out and helped my husband load it on the car. I worked in management for 11 yrs and this is by far an exceptional manager. Most managers would send someone under them to do the grunt work but not this guy! Thanks Larry! We will be back to see you soon to purchase a new one for my husband!

Went to get somethings for my little boy for his birthday today and Jace and William was beyond amazing. They very extremely polite and very helpful. From the moment I got there until the moment I left. I'd recommend both of those guys to anyone. Thank you so much guys my boy loves it all.

We went in looking for snow sleds. They had some at a reasonable price, even tho most places are sold out already. Friendly staff, ready to help!

We went to Morgantown for my husband fishing license and they told him there was a problem to contact the DNR. Went to Bridgeport and had no problem at all.

I had to make a return and repurchase the same item in a different size. The return was easy and they helped with my reorder. Definitely a helpful staff.

For a smaller sports store they really had a wide selection of sporting brands. Whether you be there for fishing supplies, camping, hunting, running, tennis, baseball, basketball, & etc. Great customer service.
