After I inherited my Mom's darling Cocker Spaniel from VA I had to call several groomers in Clarksburg and Bridgeport.. No one had appts available and my baby had matted ears.. She desperately needed groomed ASAP.. When I called Eastern pet supply.. Leslie got me an appt the following day and explained and offered to help get the necessary rabies paperwork from my Mom's vet in VA... She told me it could take up to 3hrs or so.. Upon my arrival Savannah was ready and took our baby girl in.. Savannah explained she would do her nails, ears, and probably have to cut a lot of her hair due to the matting..I was shocked when I received a call in about 2hrs to pick her up.. She was all done.. Got there and she was so beautiful..I highly recommend Eastern Pet Supply.. Very personable and professional. Savannah did great work!! And the price was great! Thank you! Update..10-31-19 Another great job, by a different groomer.. she was so good she didn’t even have to use the muzzle!!

They love our pups as much as we do! Can drop them off and not think twice. They always smell and look amazing ❤

Competitive prices. Great inventory with items you can't find in some chain pet stores. It's my first choice when I need something for the doggo.

Great selection of healthy pet products. Not a big box chain; a local business. I go for the Pure Vita salmon cat food but always leave with other things as well. Helpful staff, too!

New location across the street from the old. Bright green exterior so easy to locate. More room but the same great selection and awesome staff.

Bought a Love Bird there for a Christmas gift. It appears to be healthy and everything I'd hoped for. Was able to purchase the proper feed and accessories. And the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Very Friendly.. This store sells live feeder mice for ball python. Lexxi she has only been feed live..and SHE prefers male mice. And the Staff accommodates our Request.

It's been several years since I've been here, and now they've moved to a bigger, better store (right across the street from their old place). They have just about anything pet-related that you could think of, plus many adorable little animals that you can look at (and you can pet the rabbits!!). They even do doggie daycare, which is awesome! I could see all their happy little faces through the fencing. Very impressed, and I will visit again real soon.

The girls that work there when my family and myself was there was super nice, friendly, and helped us when we needed it! I got my beautiful Parakeet from there

Great staff, good selection

Blaze Loves his play date days, is always wore out when he comes home! Always great service, only downside is there to busy to take anymore pets by a certain time. I guess that’s the sign of a successful Doggy Daycare.. kudos!

Amy and Michelle were amazing. They had an opening so they squeezed in my puppy last minute. Even though I am sure he was a hand full to deal with, they raved over him. A great place for grooming your furry friend! Will definitely use them moving forward!!

I enjoy visiting here often. It's a great pet store with about anything you need. They have a nice aquarium section and reptile area. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I've been pleased with my purchase of a ball python. I still have her a year later and she is very healthy.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the bearded dragon we were purchasing. It was for my nine year old and he had plenty of questions. I left feeling very confident in his ability to properly care for his new pet. Thank you Eastern Pet Supply.

Wonderful pet store, they are helpful & friendly. They have large selection of healthy furry pets, fishes, birds, snakes for sale. They have wide variety of all pet needs and foods. They are reasonably priced. They are very caring to all pets needs. 🤗

I love this store! I have a picky dog with serious anxiety, among other issues. The staff goes out of there way to help you every time. They've given me tips on new foods to try and other suggestions. They're all so friendly and will spend as much time as you need trying to help --- be it personallly or a group effort. And who doesn't love to support a local business??

By far my favorite pet store in the area. It is always clean and smells nice, and the animals always seem happy and healthy. The staff seems to truly care about the well being of their animals.
They usually have a pretty good selection of stuff for all kinds of animals. My only complaint is that they sell rabbits, rabbits are not good pets for kids and need a lot more time and space than most people are prepared to give them. They also need spayed/neutered and a whole slew of shots. If they want to have rabbits in the store they really need to work something out with a rabbit rescue to have healthy, fully vetted adults only and check out who is getting them.

Big enough to have what you need small enough that you can find it.
People here seem to be enjoying their jobs.
