Metro by T-Mobile

I had gotten a replacement phone shipped to me ( due to my original phone hit the pavement HARD). After a very frustrating 35-40 minutes of unsuccessfully not getting my new phone switched over nor activated on my own (I'm old and not a tech whiz) , I tapped and went to my neighborhood Metro store for Help. I was blessed with the greatest luck when I walked in. The store manager Yanet Flores was my saint and angel today. She was so fantastic and gracious with time and efforts. She was QUICK too. She really was kind and went the extra mile to get my phone issues all straightened out and up and going smoothly. I couldn't have done it by myself, obviously. I even walked out with a new tablet. If anyone is needing a new phone, service, anything I highly recommend that they go see Yanet at the Norwood Park location. It's been awhile since I've received customer service support so truly amazing in along time. Thanks

Yanet Flores and Elsy showed a lot of love like I'm family. Plus gave me a free screen protector and a phone case. This will be the only store that I will shop at when it comes to cell phones.. great customer service 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Walking into a new store for the first time with an issue with my phone, didn't know what to expect. I was given fantastic service, Denise was wonderful in knowledge and got me set up without any difficulty at all. She made sure I was 100% set before I was on my way. HIGHLY recommend you give this location a go if you ever run into difficulty with your phone. Best service I have ever recieved.

Denise was marvelous today. I switched from cricket and she was able to get me the best deal. Her and the other employee were spot on in helping the other customers in here. I’m confident enough to say we all left happy from this location. Recommend highly!!!!!!

I'm a actual DM for metro so I'm be real I called this store with couple questions and they were rude and didn't want to help me at all over some accounts. Now if u can tell the 5 star ratings here are all fake look at a complaint and behind it comes 5 star rate so these people are filling in their false 5 star ratings they don't like to help here at all cause we wanted to make a payment and they didn't want to call dsg to fix a dealer issue THIS IS ALL TRASH SKIP THIS STORE ITS NOT WORTH IT

So Denise is about as useless as a bag of rocks. Thank you for all your help. Rude. Not good with customers. And the other one working was so excited to help , right away I get oh no she will help you.
Claiming I broke my phone. And had to buy a new one. It is already new. And bought from this store. She said that I damaged it. So go through insurance or buy a new. Well ok. I guess I have too. I mean. I must have done something to my phone. Because it is burning up. And to hot to touch.
