The service at this restaurant was exceptional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were not only friendly but also helpful in assisting with item selections. The food surpassed expectations, being both fresh and cooked to perfection, resulting in delicious flavors. Personally, my favorites are the Asian sweet potato noodles and the teriyaki chicken. And get rid of the lemon chicken because it’s disgusting.

Quick lunch with my mom in my birthday. Never been here before but I’ve heard good things. Both of us being new took a little longer to order. Luckily we were greeted and helped by Breon. Who was patient, helpful, friendly and professional. He helped us make the choices we wanted and we had an amazing lunch. Mine was a regular bowl with pesto noodles, sweet potato noodles, mushrooms, and teriyaki chicken. My mom had the steak with spinach and added the roasted tomatoes. 5/5 on this visit on food, service, and ambiance.

Was my first time trying always seen the store when they where under construction so to finally taste gotta say it wasn't bad at all me and my 2 year old ate everythingggggg will definitely try some other options next time...

Now, this is my type of food! Wonderful array of options. We tried the Miso Tofu Bowl straight off the menu, just as an initial test. You can choose the base (noodles, black rice, etc), choose the veggies, choose the sauce, etc. So much flexibility and next time we'll take advantage of that to construct something different. I liked the atmosphere, and the different seating options. Service-wise, the staff knew what they were talking about, and knew the product well enough for no misunderstandings, leaving me very happy.

Clean modern bright spot with unique music and vibes- I got the Salmon Bol, A+ and my son got the Teriyaki Chicken Bol and ate every drop. Reasonably priced and healthy! They have an excellent chef 🧑‍🍳

I visited here for the first time today for lunch. The lunch rush was pretty significant, but the line was moving fairly quickly. I got a regular bowl with black rice, broccoli, brussel sprouts, teriyaki chicken, parmesan cheese, and pickled onions. All the flavors together with the herb dressing was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back to try their other menu items.

I really love Bolay, Every time I visit, I try to make a new bowl creation, but my go-to is create your own bowl. My usual is the Jasmine rice, pesto noodles, and teriyaki chicken. Today, I tried roasted corn, potatoes, and lemon chicken. My drink of choice is the hawaiian healer, which is pineapple and ginger. It feels like I'm being cured of illnesses that haven't entered my body yet. I usually order through the app and pick it up at the counter so I don't deal with lines and waiting. The staff here is awesome, definitely recommended.

This Bolay is fantastic! Their food is only second to their friendliness. If you wanna be healthy, happy, and not get robbed for trying to eat healthy, then this is the place to come!

Lauren and Mila were absolutely amazing, the whole staff was very knowledgeable it was my first time and they made me feel good about my decisions <3 I got a regular Bol with black rice, sweet potato noodles, beans, chimichurri tomatoes, sweet n sour chicken with cilantro garlic sauce so yummmm

Online ordering experience and eating inside have been fantastic every single time. I have been coming here since it opened at least once a week. Trust me the fresh delicious food and customer service. You wont regreat it. Please come to Indiana or other states people love fresh good food.

The manager was super nice I observed that he was very kind to the employees and shows that he cares about them and customers. I wish all managers would be like him . It as Feb. 1 about 820pm . It got busy and he handled it very well they all were like one big happy family. The employees staff were very kind and polite. I highly recommend this location 👍🏾🍽🍽🍽

The manager is super nice and the staff are super friendly. I love the food there. The food there is better than a post recovery supplement after an intense workout.

If you haven't tried Bolay yet and are considering it, I highly recommend you go for it! The experience is delightful, the food is delicious and satisfying, and the staff is incredibly friendly. It's similar to Chipotle but stands out as a much better option, with a wholesome and health-conscious feel. Personally, I tried the lemon chicken and found it to be incredibly tasty, and my husband enjoyed the steak au jus. Oh, and their pesto noodles are simply divine! So, without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend Bolay! 🌟

Stopped by this Hollywood location after driving from Port St. Lucie to Miami. This location is firing on all cylinders. Ms. Shay and her crew took good care of me and the wife. The employees welcomed us into the store. The place was very clean and had a great aroma. The food was absolutely delicious. Had the lemon chicken with asian sweet potato noodles, spinach with almonds, mushrooms, zuchinni, pickled onions and avocado. All of it was so good, the chicken was moist and full of flavor and the spinach with almonds was a tasty surprise. I dont look foward to driving down to Miami again but if I do I know where I'm stopping for a meal again. Thanks again to Shay for the great hospitality and delicous food.
Bolay corporate we need a Bolay in the PSL. The nearest location is in Jupiter. Help us out. We need more healthy option restaurants up here.

I love this place. The fresh choices and the homemade sauces. I get to-go container of garlic cream sauce to add to my salads at home all week!

I love ordering from Bolay because my food is always ready when I go to pick it up. I never have any issues with my order and on top of that the food is so fresh/delicious. One of my favorite go to spots for healthy take out.

The stressful day gets wiped away as soon as you enter this fresh atmosphere, from the cleanliness to the music to the energy of the staff, and especially to the meal… I am happy and recharged to tackle the rest of the day after stopping in for a healthy meal with leftovers ☺
