This location has been absolutly amazing from the moment i bought my playstation here. They fufilled my warranty with no fuss no muss. Easy process. Easiest experience all due to the main employee miles. That man is an amazing worker, a breath of fresh air in the world of hospitality. Def will only be coming here for my gaming needs

Went here to get a controller only had used ones, but need one and it works. I would agree with them being out of stuff. Also can’t complain to much have received a free $80 game do to their new hires lack of experience…. Can’t be to mad

Today I was there and I really liked how a big guy named Jorge Consuegra works. I am an immigrant from Ukraine and I still don't know the language well, he helped me change the operator and spent a whole hour with me, he helped a lot and I am grateful to him!

Excellent place to buy games from. My son has a blast playing in here. I had to drag him out lol

The store and staff are amazing. Any bad reviews are from people asking for the staff to go above and beyond their pay grade. And if your response is that anyone could work there, you'd be wrong. There is no way that any of these people would work for minimum wage, with no hours and customers that refuse to treat you like humans.

Also, Michelle and Tad are the best! Knowledgeable, sweet and they have common sense.

Haven't been to this location in years. My son just started getting into playing game consoles. He's playing the Wii U, so we went in looking for more games. I asked where the wii U games were, and the guy said they pulled them, and are no longer selling wii U stuff. Then he said, let me see what I have in the back. He came back with 4 games that were going to be sent back to the manufacturer. Just so happened that 3 of the 4 games I was looking to purchase. My son was SUPER happy they had the games. I do have to say, the worker was absolutely awesome! He didn't have to do what he did. I ended up purchasing all 4 of the games. I hadn't planned on leaving a review, but I felt it was necessary to give praise to the dude behind the counter. I'll be going back there more often now.

Who doesn't love GameStop? Or rather in my case, what kid doesn't love GameStop? Brought my 7 year old and she loved browsing the video games and Pop Vinyl dolls.

I walked in and i was immediately greeted by haylee. She was super friendly and very helpful in helping me look for what i needed. Amazing customer service and the store was neat and clean would buy from here again.
