This place is the best for general home repair, tools, and hardware. The staff is always very helpful.

Third Ace I went to looking for parts for my Weber grill. The people here took the time to really look and figure out if they had what I needed. The other two locations kinda pushed me off and said to call Weber. Hmmm. Ends up, they had what I needed, and I bought the parts. This location is now my go to hardware store.

Shop associate provided me with some good information regarding the type of fuel to use on my chainsaw….very helpful!

Just had the best experience! Eli made my day when I walked in with my 2 uncut key fobs for my 2011 Chevy Cruze. The dealer wanted to charge me 170 for each key and this amazing Ace Hardware cut it for free. I even had Eli walk me to my car and quickly programmed them for me! Highly recommend a place that puts great customer service before the $

I hate that I didn’t get the name of the manager or the associate that I was dealing with however… A good family, friend of mine was stranded on the side of the road and I went out to help them figure out what the noise their car was making was… Turned out to be a caliper bracket bolt after the husband tried to do the brakes himself. I called around every local auto parts store and was unable to find the correct bolt that I needed. My ETA to this Ace Hardware was 8:01 and they close at 8 o’clock. I called up there in the employee that I don’t worth stayed and served me above and beyond what most stores would do… I just felt it was worthy of a review.

This location has the best selection of bolts around. Don't even bother going to Home Depot, they might as well not have a hardware department.

Easy end and out, but I did have to go hunting someone to help me. I needed a two foot section of metal chain cut. Good place to shop.

I enjoy shopping at this location everyone is always pleasant and knowledgeable about the store and the products in it!!!! Highly recommend. It seems like if I go to a Home d.... or a L..es I'm either ignored or rushed out the door with the wrong parts. Not here though. These guys are what customer service should look like

This store is a GREAT addition to our neighborhood! Not only are they well stocked with all kinds of items, they are very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. We have never had any issues getting assistance and it is much more convenient and easier to get in and out of than the big box stores in my area.

Love this ace! I'm not sure how they do it but the store is always staffed by a large number of teenage kids and I have never encountered one that was anything other than courteous, friendly and professional. A very rare thing these days. Well done.
