I picked up this hat as a birthday present for my 5 yo for his birthday. The staff at lids was helpful and even offered to personalize the hat, which was absolutely enjoyed by the recipient. Personalization only took about 20 min. Thanks for your help yesterday!

I was just in the Lids 2nd floor location in the Mall of America. I was immediately greeted by Audra. She immediately gave me a warm welcome to ask me if I needed any assistance. By the time I walked in she was already helping two other customers. She managed the stressful and busy situation she was in gracefully and successfully helped us all out. All of us in there at the time ended up making a purchase I believe as well. Thank you so much Audra for your help and we will be back soon to your location to give you more business!

The store associates were very helpful. I got an embroidery done for a hat and it was done in a good amount of time and looks Great! Definitely would recommend this store.
