Passport renewal walk-in.

PROS: The person that helped us was kind and knowledgeable. Quick service.

CONS: Only 3 applicants accepted per day. Line starts well before 9am, 3 tickets handed out at 9:30am.

First time here for initial PP appointment. It was through a review that made me drive all the way up here. It was very worth it! The lady who helped me was super nice and showed me how to fill stuff when I was unsure. Very efficient and friendly! Wish her all the best in life! :) it doesn’t take much to be nice.

My very first experience at this Post Office location. I have not experienced this type of friendly customer service anywhere in such a very very long time. From the time the establishment was opened at 9 by the Asian lady, she exhibited such friendliness, patience and above and beyond service. I was thoroughly impressed. It was worth the drive from Woodbridge to apply for a new passport and get some collector stamps. I'm grateful for the experience. Surpassed my expectations. My hats off to the dear lady.

Ms. Cece was amazing. My cousin sent my kid a late bday present and due to a mixup on the companies end they didn’t add our apartment number. My child called spoke with her and she told them that they will make sure that it is resend it out again. That just really made their day. I cannot thank her and the Lorton P.O for all their hard work.

"KEN" is very committed to his work; he understands how to accomplish it and completes each task like a checklist. A USPS customer service trainer or Management lead should have "KEN" on them. I appreciate your patience while you process my daughter's passport application 12.15-12.30 appt. I give "KEN" ten stars appreciate your good work Thank you 06/01/2023.

I have been visiting this location for my postal needs for the past 3 years. I visited recently due to addressing a letter to myself. The representative tried a fix to see if it would process without having to re-purchase postage.

Kevin is a very respectful, professional, and efficient addition to this location that continues to give me confidence in our local postal service.

I never thought I would be writing a review for a post office but I feel these guys need a shout out! By far the friendliest and best post office I’ve ever visited! From our awesome mail carrier (she’s seriously the best!) to the incredibly helpful and kind clerks to the guy who does passports...always a great experience. I’ve been grateful for these guys for over four years! Thanks for all you do!

Written on 5/6/21. Just wanted to post a review for this USPS location that's been overdue. I lived in Woods of Fairfax apartments which was just 3 minutes away. I recently moved out as I just got a new home mid April. I've dealt with this store for almost 2 years and let me tell you, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff here are one of the friendliest and coolest people to talk to and that's big especially for a USPS store. They are always welcoming and make you feel great as a valued customer. Definitely going to miss the people there. Thank you for all your services. Shoutout to Ms. Jung, Kevin, Emoni and the crew.

Stopped in to mail in Passport renewal. A clerk familiar with the process reviewed my forms, advised me of one correction to make and was very helpful. Glad I picked this PO location today!

The line was long but service was still good. The employee asked if the address I was shipping to was correct plenty of times, even had me sign on the box to verify it was correct. She also asked if I would like any stamps or other supplies while there. Employees hardly ask that (from previous experiences)

I've live in the area for 2 years now, the team is very nice and friendly. My waiting time has never been more than 5 minutes. When my daughter moved out of the country they were helpful and very patient as I figured out the shipping requirements.

Every time I’ve been to this location the associates are friendly and helpful, and they normally get through the line at a good pace.

Went to the post office today to obviously send something out. Anyway, this complete jerk came in yelling at the employees who were very professional and patient with this guy. He was swearing and ranting about how he should go first and blah blah. Not once did the employees get upset about his childish behavior. Was pretty pathetic that my three kids were behaving better than this idiot. Would be nice if he ever read this!

I had two tellers here and both were really helpful. I had packaged my items in a flat rate box and one of them pointed out that it would be cheaper for me to use regular priority mail by weight, or use a regional box. I am really grateful to him for saving me $10! I am glad they will take the time to inform you about their services rather than just process you through.

For over 10 years, this post office has been the definition of outstanding customer service. Many of the employees have been there at least that long which speaks volumes of the management of this facility. A model for other post offices to emulate.

I went there for my my scheduled passport appointment. I arrived way too early for my appointment but the guys who works there were so helpful and was able to accommodate me right away. Customer service was excellent.

Friendliest most helpful post office I’ve ever been to. I had some problems with some boxes and they were very accommodating. I’m so happy to find this place when there are so many bad post offices I’ve experienced.

Most of the time people only comment on the bad experiences, but this was a very good experience for me. The Asian lady at the service desk was patient and explained the differences and cost between the different Certified mail options. I don’t use snail mail much and when I do, I need help if it is more than a regular letter and stamp.

Every time I've been in the service has been fast and friendly. I much prefer it to the one in Springfield.
