The team at this location are all amazing. I promised I would leave a great review as they were able to help me with a battery issue earlier this year. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at a different location on Sycamore Dr but this team came through for me. Long story short, they were able to explain in detail as to how the older warranty programs worked as my battery still was in a partial warranty.

With this vital information, I proceeded to get a newer battery and do an exchange for the older battery. I was given new information about how the new warranties work for batteries now but they really took their time to make things right.

Thank you for being patient and knowledgeable about your products, it goes a long way about how you carry yourselves as professionals.

It is truly valued in my book.

Micah was a great help, he came out to my car twice when I needed help checking my oil level and my power steering fluid. He was even kind enough to explain everything to me. He helped me get a part ordered as well as the right power steering fluid! Crystal was also very nice and helpful, I'm new to the area so she gave me some suggestions on where to go for a mechanic! Great staff all around I will definitely go back for any other parts.

My experience here was GREAT! I came in with a dead battery needing a new (budget-friendly) one. Jesus Gonzalez helped me right away to find what I needed and managed to install it in my 20 year old car without breaking the terminals. He and the other staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional, and I am overall very very pleased with the service I received. Thanks again Jesus :)

Went in this morning because one of my brake lights was out....problem was I was unsure which one. Alejandro provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to help me. I had my young son with me so between holding him and trying to figure out the lights, Alejandro came out to my car to inspect it himself. He found the issue and the correct lights and installed it for me right on the spot. He was so friendly, helpful and professional and helped this busy mama cross one more thing off her to do list, which is invaluable!

Micah R is absolutely here to help the minute I walked in he greeted me and asked how he could help got me the correct steering fluid for my specific vehicle and even came outside to help me fill up my reservoir! Absolutely above his pay grade! Jorge also installed my battery 3 days before and was awesome definitely the best parts store in the area💪

Today I stopped by AutoZone and had the pleasure of meeting Micah.
Newly single and trying to figure out why all the lights are coming on on my car, I stopped by to see if I can get some help. Not only did Mika help me find the part I needed, he went above and beyond came out to my car, did his best to diagnose the situation and then provided me with a print out of everything that I needed. I believe he was already the store manager but if he is not he should be! I was already nervous about going in and being a woman who doesn’t know what she needs… And I was treated so kindly with so much respect and at no point did I feel like he was trying to get one over on me. He genuinely made my day. Did I mention that I had a broken finger and he did everything he could to hold the doors open and everything. Stellar employee.

great customer service. i walked in inquiring about a valve cover gasket and with no hesitation anthonie and crystal were quick to help me with my needs. they go me the best deal and made sure i was getting the right product. i will always come to this autozone never had an issue with the workers at this location.

I have a problem with my running lights. Checked my fuses and relays and couldn't find the problem. Went to this auto zone to buy a new relay just in case. No go. Went back in to return the relay and Micah asked to check the problem with me. He helped troubleshoot it but still no progress. We went back in and he looked up the schematic for my car and found that there was another fuse box I didn't know about. Found the fuse which ended up blowing out again but would never have known about that other box without his help. He totally went the extra 10 miles to try to help me. That's very rare these days. Definitely go see him if you need help!

Shout out to Jason B. for answering all my questions! Double checking the part I was purchasing was correct. After I was given the wrong part in North Hollywood store.

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I needed wiper blades. I'm not a car guy. I came in here and was helped immediately by a very friendly and helpful employee. He showed me the options and installed the blades for me within a few minutes. That's a level of service that is rare to find these days, and I commend AutoZone for their exceptional service.
