I started seeing Dr. Akbary for my migraines and would HIGHLY recommend him!!! He is very caring, personable, and listens to your concerns. He also goes the extra mile to get you feeling better, something that seems to be rare these days!!

I was referred to Dr. Akbary by my neurologist. I was hesitant and also nervous. When I met Dr. Akbary at my first visit, he listened to me, asked questions and was very kind. We came up with a plan that day. It gave me hope. Also, his scheduler, Valerie, has been so good to me . She always calls me back and is kind too.

I recently started seeing a pain doctor at this clinic who is amazing. However, I've encountered significant issues with the service. Despite calling multiple times over two weeks regarding a medication that should have been called in on the same day as my appointment, it was never sent in. I spoke with the doctor's nurse twice and left messages, but the problem persisted. Despite calling to let them know The pharmacy said they did not receive the prescription at all and I told this to the nurse but she stayed adamant and informed me they had sent the prescription in, but never verified with the pharmacy. The medication was never sent to the pharmacy, the issue remained unresolved. Even after I had rain out of my pain medicine and walked in to speak with two employee they called the doctors nurse right in front of me and even left her a message and the prescriptions still didn’t get called in.

I am a potential new patient who have left several messages for a return call for over a week and no one has responded Poor service already!
