They sure were good this time around. Service was great. Food was delicious. We were in and out within a reasonable time frame. And they brought back the Burnin Love Burger, which is my favorite

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Robin where Courtney provided exceptional customer service. I must say, his attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly made our experience at the restaurant memorable. Not only did he ensure that all our needs were met, but he also went above and beyond to engage with my kids, making them feel welcomed and entertained throughout our meal.

So nobody was gonna tell me they serve 🍹🍸🍷🍻 here? If I had known that, this review would be years old 🤣 but the service and the food was great. I love that they give you your extra milkshake in the blender cup.....it's like getting 2 milkshakes for the price of 1. Yes their prices are a little higher than a drive-thru burger joint but the food and the experience is a LOT better. And honestly the drive-thru prices are so high now, you might as well go here and get food that looks the same way it looks in the pics on the menu. Bring a sweater though, cuz it was FREEZING cold in there and drinking milkshakes didn't help lol but the servers were very nice and the overall experience was 10s across the board. We shall return!

My 3rd visit to this location in 2 weeks. First in-store experience in years! I talked my Dad into coming with me to watch a football game at the bar and have dinner. It was fun. We were there from 4:30 till about 6:30 and as such it wasn’t that busy. We got a small Donatos pizza as an appetizer and we both loved it. Thin and crunchy, lots of pepperoni and so flavorful. Then we have a couple burgers that were dynamite! 🧨 Service was prompt and friendly. The bartender was young and energetic. Good to chat with.

We had a little wait tonight for a party of two but not to bad as we called ahead. Rebecca took good care of us. The tower of onion rings was a good starter; the Burning Love and Whiskey River BBQ burgers and accompanying fries were good. All in all good dinner and service.

This place has become a favorite birthday spot for me. I always have an incredible time here. My last trip was weird though because we were served by at least 5 different people so I had no idea who to leave a tip for. BTW, Red Robin is a very unique place because you actually get what you see on the menu. Picture perfect. Look at this beauty.

This time we made sure to have enough time. You should plan on 45 minutes minimum. We were seated and or orders were taken quickly. We went ahead and ordered our burgers at the same time as our drinks to save in time. Still took about 20 minutes to get our food. I ordered the Banzai and my daughter ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger. Delicious!

Dined in for my husband's birthday and our server Nadia was fantastic. She was polite and on tasks when we needed something or refills. We drove over 2 hours from Macon for great food and gracious service. We will be back.

Food was cooked perfectly and fast. Servers were very polite and made frequent checks.

I had a very positive experience. Tje burger was pretty good and the broccoli not too well done so it maintained a level of firmness. The other meal was a good portion also. Karin, our server, was quite helpful to this first time veteran.

This was my first time placing an order with Red Robin via "Active Menu". My order was correct and ready when I arrived. I will be placing more orders!

I’ve been to this location three times in the past two months and every time has been good. My burger has always been made exactly as I wanted and my wife was happy with her salad which is huge. The temp of our food has never been a problem and our orders have always been correct. All three times I’ve done pickup orders so I can’t really comment on the staff, but the server who was giving me my order always looked at the receipt and then looked through the bag to ensure everything was correct. So I’m pleased with the service I got.

This location is fantastic. The staff are wonderful and the food is amazing. The facility itself is clean and I honestly don't have anything negative to say about them.

Great food drinks & seasonal beers. Our waitress Mercedes was absolutely fantastic & my monster burger came out on point, medium, as ordered. even though Red Robin's are not exclusive to Newnan, it's definitely one of the nicer restaurants in Newnan (imo) and is worth checking out. Cheers!

Had the best service tonight in the bar. Servers name is Walka (I think I'm spelling that correctly.) She was so nice and great service!
