The best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle in my life! Everyone here is extremely nice. They have the best customer service that I’ve ever seen. Top-notch, hands-down ! Joe Brown and Tommy made the car buying process so easy and worked with me on everything that I wanted and made sure that I got it AND gave me the best possible deal that I could get anywhere! I went in to get a used car and left with a brand new vehicle for a better deal than I would have gotten buying a used car. I highly recommend Toyota of Newnan for anyone who’s in the market for a car!

Had an outstanding experience with Toyota of Newnan, and specifically with Joe Brown from the sales team and an equally pleasant experience with David and Jeffery in finance. Joe met me at the door and since I already had a very specific vehicle in mind, he was on point and helped get the purchase locked in place without wasting any time. Gerald was very patient with our purchase of our Corolla Cross. We went in looking for used and came out with a new car because of his knowledge, and listening to our needs. Was not pushy at all which is very hard to come across these days! Thanks Gerald we love our Toyota!

Ryan Cole is definitely a great car salesman. He wasn’t over powering or pushy. Ryan allowed me the opportunity to look at the cars by myself. Before I started on my journey, he informed me where the new cars, used cars and trucks were located. The first impression is always the best impression. After looking at the cars and narrowing my selection down to the one I selected, I informed Ryan the car I was there to purchase. The entire process was pleasant to include the purchasing of the vehicle. My experience was wonderful and I would rate Toyota customer service, and purchasing car process equivalent to BMW or any luxury car purchasing car process. This was such a pleasant car buying experience! We had the pleasure of working with Lucas P. Lucas provided us with warm customer service, and spent as much time with us as we needed. He answered all of our questions with transparency and walked us through the different options we were considering until we were comfortable with our purchase. If my mom needed to buy a car, I’d be taking her in to work with Lucas.

Lucas was amazing and patient. He and Sandra worked patiently to get me in the exact vehicle I wanted. Brandon worked with my schedule to set my appointment at a time that was convenient for everyone.

Joshua Amie, our salesperson, was so great to work with for information. Appreciated his upfront and honest approach. Liz was also great when we initially callled and discussed the vehicle we wanted. Gustavo was friendly and knowledgeable working through all of the financial items. Thanks to all.

What to say? I never bought a car from a dealer before, probably because I have trust issues. I took my chances this week and I am not disappointed! Everyone it's been very welcoming and nice, but specifically Joshua Amie and Sandra from the financial area. Cesar Garay was great! Low pressure. Super responsive. Toyota of Newnan offers a lot of CPO vehicles and, while their additional fees are not the lowest, they are reasonable (nothing ridiculous like some dealerships). We bought a 2021 Sienna. It was well priced and we really love it! Worthwhile to visit Toyota of Newnan.

Andrea was amazing to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did she help me find what I needed, a reliable fuel efficient vehicle within my budget yet full of performance, but she made the whole experience pleasurable. I highly recommend her and will use her again when I need a new vehicle.

Monday we purchased our 3rd Toyota from this dealership. We have continued to do business with them because of how friendly everyone is from their sales staff to their service department. Today was no exception. Our salesman Joshua was amazing. The time he & his finance manager Gido took with us to get a deal that would work for us was awesome. Joe Brown was an excellent salesman. He didnt make us feel pressured at all. Once we got to finance, Jeffrey had us in and out without waiting and jumping through hoops. This was one of the best experiences we had with a vehicle purchase....highly recommended.

I had a great experience at this location. Christian was my salesperson he was great, he is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I did work with Cesar as well, he was great btw. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant ! David ,Gustavo, and Bryan were highly professional! I would definitely suggest this location. I plan on coming back in the near future. Even though, I did not finance with them they made the process super easy when it came to purchasing my car.

This is a review specifically for our sales person Joshua Amie. He was awesome and patient with us as we had our children with us for the test drives. He didn't pressure us when we left to think about it but just followed up to make sure we were taken care of. We were hunting for some very specific things for our family and wanted to make sure we had the right fit. After having some negative experiences with other dealerships in the area we decided to come back because of Joshua's professional kind attitude. He takes interest in your needs and goes out of his way to make sure you feel taken care of. We would definitely recommend him to anyone car shopping!

My Experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Although I had already selected a vehicle I wanted to test drive. My Sales Associate Preston Kinnan still asked me about the features I wanted in my vehicle. He presented me a Toyota Camry that was beyond what I expected. He was knowledgeable and very thorough going over the features in my vehicle. Thats what I call Exceptional Service. I was driving home in my new car within 1.5 hours.
