Located in the main part of Ashley Park Newnan GA. Easy access from I-85 exit 47, Bullsboro and Newnan Crossing bypass. Great location and close proximity to a lot of food and shopping options. Ticket counter and concessions in the location. Some popular movies may be sold out very quickly. Plenty of free parking. Polite and friendly staff. Descent Theatre display, sound system and basic food option at concessions.

It's one of my favorite places to watch a film. Reclining seats and cold AC is a must. If they had the food selection from Regal 18, it would hands down be the best.

Had a great experience last night watching Avatar in theatre #5. Awesome seats, but a bit noisy when reclining. Pepsi establishment and large drinks, $8, are refillable. I would return for future movies.

I love this theater. They have assigned seating when you purchase your ticket. They also have recliners. All of the new releases are here. It's worth the 30-minute drive from Carrollton.

Very comfortable seating. Courteous attendees. I love the reward point system, that may be spent at the concession stand. It is a Clean and cool venue.

Very clean. Good organization. Friendly customer service. $11.50 for a Tuesday matinee plus $9.99 for a large popcorn, just so you have an idea of what to expect to spend. The chairs were so comfortable and reclined with the push of a button!!

Was my first time today was a really good moments, popcorn was delicious but the soda was not good, may the machine need a calibration.

Overall my experience was really good, my daughter and I enjoyed the barbie movie, the sits need maintenance some don't work properly, the building looks clean and well managed.

Amazing place! You can adjust your seat, and that's a total game changer in a cinema!
The theaters aren't so big, and that's great: few people, better experience.
It's not cheap, but worth it.
Defintly one of the best places where watch to a movie.

Went here while I was visiting my Cousin in Fairburn, GA and was 20 Minutes away from this movie theater. Been here a couple of times and the service is fantastic!! And reclining seats are even better, I feel like I'm at home, just away from home with the reclining seats.. I live in Acworth, GA(Cobb County) and there aren't really very many movie theaters with reclining seats in my immediate area...

Clean theater. Seating is comfortable. Staff was very helpful.
