James and his Travis were excellent. They arrived at the communicated time. Quickly reviewed my options and provided an estimate. Once approved, they got right to work and the job was completed quickly. I am highly satisfied with the workmanship and quality.

What a great job they did for the Griffin Seventh-day Adventist Church on patching our popcorn ceilings and painting two other rooms. They worked in a total of seven rooms and three hallway areas. The ceilings were badly in need of repair, and it was hard to find anyone even willing to do the job. Thy and Jaime worked a total of seven days as more work was added, like needing to provide a new ceiling support post in the fellowship hall, since the ceiling was sagging. Now it’s fixed and the results are excellent. The new post is perfectly trimmed out and it looks like it belongs in that spot. They also painted two rooms—an extra kitchen and an adjacent room we can now use for baptism candidates who will have a better place to change clothes. Also Hammond hauled off a large load of stuff that we needed to get rid of. I’m truly impressed with the quality of work of these two men. God certainly answered our prayers in bringing them to us to help complete our renovation of the building. If you’re searching for truth or answers to your questions about God and the Bible, come and visit us and I’ll be happy to meet with you personally. It’s never a good sign when you see water leaking in your home. You’re freaking out about how much damage has been done and how much it’ll cost to fix. Mike was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable which made my family and I a bit more relaxed as he fixed our plumbing issue while entertaining us with life stories and experiences. I would highly recommend Hammond services for your plumbing needs. I’d also recommend that you give Mike a raise or promotion for his excellent service. He came in as a plumber and left out as a friend of the family!

Best service experience EVER! Mike was so patient with answering all of my questions. My fiancé and I felt like we were talking to a longtime friend versus a contractor visiting our house for the first time. He provided us a lot of different options and did not come across as a salesman in the slightest. Not only was our initial request completed, I gained a plethora of knowledge, and created a long-term home renovation plan. Thank you Hammond, for sending one of your best!

Austin was fantastic! He got our new tankless installed, replaced lines and valves was very knowledgeable about everything and even helped me with how to hook my fridge to my waterline! A mystery since we moved in because of the previous install. Everything went great. I would definitely call Hammond again to do work for our family

When you find a company like Hammond Services, Inc. to take care of your home services, you retain them. I am very pleased with my technician Tony, who replaced my AC breakers and two GFCI switches. I appreciated him taking the care to inform me with the details and the issues I was having in my home. Without any pressure, and I do mean what I am saying, he recommended a yearly service and I made the decision to pay for a yearly service agreement because it made good sense. I was very please that Tony pride himself and company in the work they do and the services they strive to get better at each time they serve their customers. It gives me great pleasure to write this review because consumers deserve the best and I highly recommend Hammond Services, Inc. for your electrical, AC and plumbing.

Manny Soria did an excellent job. He contacted me to let me know he was coming and arrived promptly on time. He was very professional and polite and quickly identified my problem and gave me options for repair. The damaged part was not under warranty and he gave me several options to replace it. The replacement was done and I am very pleased with the results. I am especially pleased that I called Hammond one day and they came out the very next day. When you have a plumbing problem you are always happy for a quick response!!

This was our first experience with Hammond and JD was great! We had an EV charger installed. He was fast and efficient, explained everything to us and even made location suggestions. He cleaned up the area when he was finished and made sure we were satisfied.

James and Travis did a great job replacing our Rinnai water heater. Both were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem quickly providing several options to take care of our problem. I called on Christmas night, team arrived around 3:30 next day and worked until 9 pm to replace our system. We can't say enough about how pleasant James and Travis as well as entire team with Hammond Services were to work with.

Austin and the company communicated very well with us prior to him arriving so we knew when to expect him. He did an excellent job with the plumbing inspection. Very thorough and complete and took time to clear all drains, check for leaks, check the operation of the water heater, etc. He was even able to provide an estimate for a tankless system. All while communicating his findings with us along with any recommendations. He was respectful of our home and kept it clean while he completed his work. Overall excellent job and would recommend.

I wanted a dusk/dawn flood light installed in my backyard. Brett came out for estimate. A few days later he came to install. He is professional, caring, patient and knowledgeable. He explained everything as he worked. He also installed a switch inside my house so If I ever wanted to turn the flood lights off I could do so. I use Hammond for various things and I’m very happy with the work they do and they do take care of their customers. Thanks Brett.

The technician arrived on site at the proposed time and was able to locate the problem almost immediately. Austin Miller was very polite and professional. He explained everything satisfactorily and presented a solution. He said that due to the age of our water heater, the best alternative would be to replace it rather than make repairs. We decided that this was definitely the best course and Austin proceeded to remove the old unit and install the new one, making sure everything was up to code, in a relatively short time. Afterwards he explained everything that he had done, with pictures and a detailed summary. We are very satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you, Austin.

James, the technician, was on-time, friendly and very professional. He quickly explained what could be done to modify a gas hook-up to accommodate a new stove to be flush against the wall in layman terms and quickly completed the job. This is the third job I’ve had Hammond Services complete. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time using Hammond services and their business and customer service was awesome. From scheduling great customer service, to being able to accommodate me for a same day emergency call, everything was smooth. Michael Lloyd was awesome and knowledgeable! He communicated thoroughly and I felt he was honest. I know who to call for all of my plumbing needs from now on.

Austin did a great job. Very personable and quick to answer questions. He replaced our water heater on a Saturday, so that was very appreciated. I feel that price was fair considering that it was installed on a Saturday. I highly recommend Hammond Services!

First I would like to say that this is my 3rd interaction with Hammond services and they never disappoint. From start to finish Jeff made me feel completely comfortable which took a lot of anxiety away from this major purchase. He was knowledgeable, warming and personable with a touch of funny! I could not have asked for a better experience. He took the time to explain everything in detail and understood what I needed before I knew what I needed. Thank you Jeff for making this experience not so overwhelming. I would like to add that our service guy Markevis was also amazing. I was not at home at the time of his visit, but my husband spoke highly of his professionalism and knowledge.
