Alliance Spine and Pain Centers

May 24, 2024 was my scheduled appointment date at the Peachtree City location. The receptionist was friendly and the check in process was smooth. I only waited maybe 3 minutes before I was called to the back area. Every staff member was so professional and the atmosphere was relaxing. The medical team made it easy for me to remain calm while they conducted the preparation process.
Dr. David Rosenfeld, MD performed my procedure. He is simply an excellent surgeon! Yes, I would most definitely recommend this location! All of my concerns and questions were answered by
Dr. David Rosenfeld, MD. I also need to mention that he took his time addressing all of my concerns.

Very thorough review of MRI and of details regarding my neck, shoulder and arm pain. Diagnosed and recommended treatment during first visit.

After second injection, we met to talk about next steps. She presented several options. Hope we can find the best one soon so that tingling and stiffness issues go away

This was my first visit back to pain mgt in over 6 plus years. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well as the doctors. They are strict but given the opioid epidemic and the world we live in… you can’t blame them! I enjoyed my visit… I was able to talk and express how I feel and not feel unheard or undervalued! That’s the best thing you can ask for in a doctor; one who listens and makes you feel safe, heard and like a person not a number. I’m looking forward to many more visits and getting my quality of life back. I would definitely recommend this facility!!! 10/10 recommend!

Kelly is a very caring and compassionate individual and listens well to her patient's pay needs and addresses them as she can. This office is very friendly Dr Rosenfeld is a great doc in this field and I would recommend it to others. As always the entire staff at Alliance Spine and Pain Center is helpful, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They listen, which is not always easy to find with a doctors staff. They customize your treatment to directly address the areas you are experiencing the most pain and discomfort. Dr. Miller is amazing and I have recommended many friends, family and others to choose them for their effective pain management and procedures.

She is a fine person and has taken all of my concerns in respect and had a lot of salutations for what I needed to do to help my problems. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Kelly is a wonderful doctor at has my pain as the top priority first. Thanks to all the staff that makes you feel like you’re part of the family.

I have a pinched nerve in my neck. C5, C6, C7 my right shoulder, arm, hand and upper back excruciating pain. No good sleep since November 2023. I got my first injection March 2024 and it worked I am so happy first goodnight of sleep I’ve had in months. I do have some minor sensations in my right hand still but it’s only day one. I’m super happy. Thank you to the great team at alliance spine and pain clinic.

Wonderful experience. Dr Rosenfeld is just the greatest and has helped me with my chronic pain. All the anesthesia people and all the staff are so knowledgeable, sweet and kind. I do wish they had sheets on the wheelchairs in the procedure suite. It’s cold back there.

The BEST place to go if you are having back issues. They have the best bedside manner and always make me feel cared about. Procedures have always been so great and I have high anxiety and they are so nice to me. I love everyone there and they are just so awesome.

I have enjoyed working with Kelly after my pain pump surgery. She is very caring and listens to my concerns and addresses them. I couldn't ask for better care. Thanks Kelly for all you do.

These guys are awesome!!!!!! Been hurt for two years. Been to a few orthos a various surgeries and procedures. When I came here their warming smiles and care really assured me my recovery was FINALLY! Has began .Very polite and thorough. Came in on a cane and so far after one procedure from these guys walking some without it!!! Doing better than I was before I came in still on a journey with these guys to recovery! Won’t go anywhere else! All the staff here have been more than exceptional At Alliance Spine and pain!!!

OMG, Dr. Kelly, the Nurses, and the front office staff is so nice and friendly as well as Professional.
I've been seen by many doctors in my times, however, the Dr. Office of Rea Miller is the best and far from nothing.....

I had a very good experience in the clinic. I felt like my concerns were heard and addressed. If you suffer from chronic pain this clinic can help you.

First of all I want to apologize for leaving a negative review after my first visit.This was very unfair to them.I came in with a lot of neck pain and stiffness and on top of that I had just received a call that my younger brother in S.Alabama had suffered a serious stroke and was in intensive care.I was extremely stressed out so with everything I had going on I was not in the best of moods.I feel that I unfairly misjudged the NP whom I realized afterwards was only doing her job.So I offer my sincerest apologies to her.I also misjudged Dr.Rosenfeld as well.He was very concerned and personally called me which very few doctors will do so that impressed me that he was concerned and cared enough to talk to me personally.
I had my first epidural in my cervical neck area yesterday.When I arrived I was in a LOT of pain and my neck was very stiff.My b/p was elevated due to my pain level being high.
I was unable to turn my neck it has been that way for a year.The anestheologist was Dr.Silverstein and she was great! I didn't even remember anything about the procedure at all.Honestly I didn't think I had already had it done.She and Dr Rosenfeld did a wonderful job so did all of the nurses involved with my care.My experience get's even better.This morning after my first epidural I have actually been able to turn my neck without excruciating pain as before it is more manageable today.My discharge paper said it could take up to 5 days to see results but thank God my relief came much sooner.Before the epidural my pain med didn't even phase the pain.Honestly I am amazed.I can't say enough about how much they have helped me on my first visit.I was nervous having my first epidural but no more.I look forward to my next one.
Again I want everyone who reads these reviews to know I was wrong.I made an unfair judgment due to my on personal family crisis which caused me a great deal of stress.Please do not hesitate to use Alliance Spine and Pain Center I will recommend them to anyone who needs help with pain and inflammation.Blessings to all.

It was an excellent experience from the time I arrived until I was discharged. The intake nurse and anesthesiologist were wonderful. Dr Rosenthal was outstanding.

Very nice. Explained everything so that I was clear on all the steps of the procedures I need to have done. Felt informed and relieved after my appointment. Definitely recommend.
