Build-A-Bear Workshop

This is a great Build-A-Bear location. The staff, especially an associate named Diane were extremely friendly and helpful. This bear was for a sick relative, so it meant a lot the effort the staff put into building a special bear. I highly recommend this Build-A-Bear location, I will definitely shop there again.

Had a great time. Just expect to wait in a line for awhile specially if it is the weekend. But the people who work there are great!

It can get expensive quickly with all of the accessories they have. They do have a range in prices for the bears you can make.

I specially loved to go in there when they have specials going on. Makes a lot easier to buy a bear a little less expensive. But you can get around also by buying items online when they have specials going.

Diana is superb! We had a birthday party for 3 year old Wyatt today with his sister and cousin and Ms. Diana was simply outstanding! She provided an amazing experience for all!

So many animals to choose from!! The staff were amazing and made the visit even more special with the stuffing routine. You ask what is the routine? You will have to visit the West County MO location to find out!!

I brought my club of 10 students. We made 20 bears. Megan was so helpful and absolutely amazing! Build a bear is a wonderful organization.

I have 5 children and they've all made at least two Build-A-Bears. I absolutely love this place and so do the kids. It is pricey... We got two bears and two complete outfits for around $170.00 but the bears last a lifetime.

This is my favorite stores to buy stuffed animals. You walk In and you are greeted with happy faces. That are ready to help you. And the small known fact is the stuffed animals come with a life time warranty.
Doggie in the picture is a 2014 Valentine’s Day, Dalmatian we have had him unstuffed and restuffed several times now. He’s also popped stitches on his arm. All you do is bring them back in and they will fix them.

I didn't know they did birthday bears till last year. This, time around we got all our kids bears for their birthdays. They got to experience it for the first time.

This heritage store is lovely. Hasn't changed much since I was a kid and it brings so much nostalgia every time I come in!

the staff were so friendly! I managed to get an Umbreon that had recently come out. It’s been so long since I’ve gotten a build-a-bear in a store. I had no idea you could make them scented! I added birthday cake scent to mine :) definitely recommend going here

Our school had an event here last night and it was exceptional. Nina and her wonderful staff were so enthusiastic, kind, and helpful. It makes such a difference when customer service is top-notch and they exemplified it. Thank you BAB Team for a job well done and ensuring our families had the very best time!

The staff at this location are always so nice and helpful! One went above and beyond to fix the loose stitching from another location. The store is well-stocked and always has new items.

Thank you Build a Bear for making my daughters fourth birthday fun and exciting. She had the best time and cannot wait to come back. The employees really included her in the activites and kept a smile.

Got my son a bugs bunny stuffy. Staff was friendly. I think that brings us up to 10 BaB stuffies to date. My son got me one when inwas in the hospital two years ago and it stayed by my side thru everything. He had recorded a message and that gave me strength. I keep that on my bed.

As always, BAB is a fun and cheerful experience. Perfect to take kids (duh!) or cranky adults! The selection of goodies is very abundant and the service at this location was friendly. Staff are more than willing to help or leave you to selecting your own items.

I absolutely loved it in here, it was a dream of mine as a child to go and get myself a build a bear before I turned 18. I ended up getting not one but four build a bears when I left the store. Employees were so sweet and helped us with all our questions. I only ended up paying $120 something for all of them plus accessories.

We took my one year old for a birthday bear this weekend. The girls guiding people in we're very helpful and sweet. Ethan was our bear maker and was absolutely fantastic.

Childhood memories are built hear take y I r kid to get a bear it will create fun happy memories that stuffed may even become a child comfort item and it will stick with them for life this place is fun genuine and make my heart happy even though I'm not little anymore I'd still love to go get a bear and just grin from ear to ear and think about the innocence I had as a young child

We had such a fun time. It was my daughter's birthday and we had never been. The amount of different animals to choose from was great and the experience of stuffing her and giving her a special birthday heart along with a smell and a sound. We had so much fun!!!! We will be going back if not for another stuffy for sure some accessories.
