A Storage Inn

A Storage Inn was terrific in helping me set up space for my motorcycles and sports car over the winter. We don't have enough garage space for all of our toys and during the summer we can park outside. A Storage Inn helped me find the right size space for my vehicles and took great care of my inquiries. I will use them again next winter! The price was very reasonable!

I recently rented a unit, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The manager was incredibly helpful and made the process easy and stress-free. She is truly made of stars (more than merely five). The facility was itself clean and secure, and I felt confident that my belongings were in good hands. **Edit: Owner was on top of it and fixed the issue. Really appreciate the local ownership. **We have only had the storage unit a little over a month. The price and location are great, and having local owners is good too. But there are recurring issues with the access codes. On more than 1 occasion we have been unable to access our unit with out assistance from the management. Today at 9:20 PM we attempted to access our storage unit through the security gate and our code is invalid. You cannot get anybody on the phone at any of the contact numbers because it’s after their operating hours.

I can’t say enough about this business and how happy I am that I chose this for my storage. Because of moving delays I needed to keep my things in the unit for a year. My items were easily accessible and keep in perfect condition. Becky was wonderful to deal with and made the process very easy . I highly recommend A1 and will be using them in the future!

Becky Graff was engaging and immensely helpful as I am a bit technologically challenged. Clear directions and patient explanations of all the rental steps. She was just great.

I started the process of reserving a storage space at the Storage inn on a Saturday afternoon. It was all done virtually and the directions provided on their site made it seamless. Becky contacted me just prior to the close of business that day and provided detailed instructions on how to access my unit. The unit was clean and they even provide a free lock and key as part of your rental. Most other storage facilities add this cost to your rental. Would highly recommend A Storage Inn if you're looking for a professional and hassle-free experience.

Awesome storage service! We chose A Storage Inn instead of a bigger, national chain for two reasons: better rates & better service. This is a local, family owned business, and you can tell they really care. I called and spoke directly to the owners to talk about different size units, prices, and to hold my reservation. Moving in was easy, and the units are very nice. I'm really happy we chose A Storage Inn, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Great service from start to finish. To start, we had to scramble due to not being able to fit much into the POD we rented. I made an inquiry online, and within minutes Joe was on it and had me set up with a unit. Move in day, we realized we booked a small unit and needed a bigger one. Once again, within minutes Joe had us taken care of. Becky helped me complete all the paperwork when we arrived, and they even provided a lock for our unit. They had everything covered. Becky and Joe made the process so smooth and seamless. I’d highly recommend. The unit was SO clean as well. They have this down to a science.

I worked with Joe and he went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was handled smoothly and stress free. Extremely friendly and professional people. I have dealt with other storage facilities close by and had rough experiences but this was wonderful. Best decision to come here. I usually don’t do reviews but their service was top notch and deserves recognition for the work they do.

I have been very impressed with A Storage Inn so far! Everyone I have talked to has been so friendly and helpful. On my first trip there I had trouble with the gate, even though it was a holiday weekend someone was able to help me within minutes of calling. The unit was clean, well maintained, and even came with a new lock unlike other facilities I have tried. I am very happy with this storage facility!!

So far so good. I have been using this facility for almost 3 months. I have not had an issue. They didn't have a gate for about a month. The people who work here are nice. I was very impressed when I initially started my process. I had to work that evening but I wanted the storage unit set up and usable that night, after work. Which would have been after the employees were done working. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely thorough in explaining the process to me. When we spoke he asked me questions to ensure I was getting the right unit. The process was so simple. He took my information down. When I went to the storage unit, I put my code in, then went to the unit, all the paperwork was inside and ready for me. They provide the lock which is a nice plus. I feel like their intro rate is the best price for the size you get. I googled at least six different places probably more. And when comparing them I always came back to this one and I am happy that I chose this place.

Becky and Joe treated me like family. I have used 'A Storage Inn' on several occasions and the experience was smooth each time.

We moved a truckload of items and ran behind schedule. Joe worked around his personal schedule to ensure that we were able to come in and get a unit. We had to keep moving back the hours and Joe was more than willing to wait and wanted us to stay safe during inclement weather. The unit was completely clean and easy to access. I was lucky enough to have a family member recommend them, and I'll definitely recommend them myself!

I highly recommend A Storage Inn for all your storage needs! We have been using their services for the past 20+ years, many times renting 2 storage units at a time. The lockers and surrounding areas are clean and safe and well taken care of. Darlene and her staff are always friendly, helpful and provide the best service possible! They will help you decide the appropriate locker size for your needs and are very accommodating. We are so glad we found a place we trust to store whatever we need to keep. We came back that's how nice it is when needing to store your stuff. Great place to store your stuff and reasonable pricing and able to get to our stuff 24/7 very clean everytime 👍 very nice people. Very secure when needing to get to your unit.
