I was greeted politely and accordingly by staff. Everything was clean and very well organized, which made the atmosphere inviting. There was an issue with my order, and without hesitation, Angelina stepped forward and handled it in the most professional and caring way. She definitely made me want to stop by every time my kids have an event in the area.

The service at this location is great! I used my stars on a cold cup that turns out wasn’t in stock. Julie brought me options to choose from instead of just refunding me. I know it seems trivial but it made me smile.

Hands down my favorite Starbucks! Always super friendly, holds conversations while waiting on your drink to finish. Never a line and even when there is they are super fast!

I start my day here most mornings. The customer service is top notch (thank you Holly and Payton, and everyone else too) Latte cheers to them, and much gratitude. Best managed store in the area. Great group of locals meet here to socialize, and many entrepreneurs working on their businesses as well.

I don't usually go inside because I place a drive through pickup order on my way to work. The drive up is always friendly and easy.

Me and my girls decided this was THE BEST Starbucks around. No joke. Compare this one to the one in West County mall. Our the one in downtown historic St Charles. Or the one in st peters next to game stop. All of them are hands down just not as good. The hospitality here is great! I don't know how else to say it, but this coffee shop knows what they're doing- and they're doing it well!

This was the best experience I have ever had at a Starbucks! I ran through after a really rough two weeks for our family with kids in the hospital and was treated above and beyond. Ellie was working the drive thru and she was the friendliest person I’ve ever met. So personable. Took time to connect with the people while we waited. And was honestly so sweet! The service was quick too. Probably my favorite Sbux visit ever!

I went in close to closing time which I'm sure is annoying and they were probably doing their closing duties. Well despite this, Taylor took the time to go above and beyond to find the perfect drink for me to get through the night. So thank you so much for making it possible to get through my night shift, Taylor!

Every time I order a Starbucks latte at other locations, it’s always 1/2 empty since they rush and always leave way too much room for foam. It’s always disappointing paying so much for 1/2 a cup of coffee. But whoever made my drink this morning did great! Filled to the brim and it even tastes better than usual. Nice job!!!

Chesterfield barista's are so friendly, always have a smile on their face and a kind work at 5:30 am. Thanks guys for always making my morning special.

I used to work for Starbucks and I love this location. I come almost every day and the employees are all very sweet and attentive. I know that it's not always easy to be super pleasant when you're a barista, because a lot of people are mean/rude to you. These employees are great and they make the drinks correctly.

This location has never let me down! It’s definitely a well managed place and it shows. It only takes a few not so pleasant experiences at other locations to know that this one is doing things right. The staff is always personable , polite and happy and I love starting my mornings with them! - Nh

They have the best employees at this location. I went not knowing what I wanted and the man was so excited to suggest something to me and how he changes the flavors. Then he made it and was willing to let me try it so if I didn’t like it he could change it out with something I like. Great service and the coffee was great!

I did the drive thru Friday June 5th 2020, right before 10am!(in the orange Subaru) I have to say the girl they had working the window is amazing! Shes drop dead gorgeous with red hair. She has a great energy about her. Shes very sweet and kind, with a great personality. I think her nametag said Lo. I will be back just because of her!

Glad they are currently back to regular hours. I missed my egg white and tea for breakfast. Love this location. Associates are always so nice.

every time i come here, i feel so positively reinforced. they never mess up an order, and genuinely have great service. if i ever need a coffee in the morning before work, you know this place will not fail you!!

Love my favorite Braeshire Starbucks! It makes my day wacha nd every time they know who I am simply by my order. Abby, Mary and McKenzie make me smile with the brightness of theirs! ❤
