I contact them and they told me to bring the electric motor in and they would look at it and see what was causing my problem. This motor was purchased new with a 6" Joiner and it would never actually start. I put it aside as I had a larger joiner for my business. I left the motor with them and also the manual for the joiner. I thought it would be a week or so before they would call me as it was a Friday when i dropped it off. That next Monday they called me up to tell me the motor was fixed and ready to pick up. when i got there they explained that it was never configured correctly from the factory for either 110 volts or for 220 volts. They wired it for 110 which is what I needed. If you ever are in the Tulsa area and need a electric motor repaired just contact Industrial Motor Services if anyone can fix it they can. I have never been treated so well and had a repair completed so fast in my entire life. They are the best no doubt about it.

I had issues with an OLD compressor motor. I stopped by this place and they had it on the rack and diagnosed in minutes! Nothing was wrong with the motor but my regulator. Super friendly folks! They didn’t charge me anything to help me out. We will definitely be back if we need anything.

As a hobbyist, having a motor go down can be an expensive and lengthy process to find the appropriate motor for replacement, especially on older machines. James and his crew at IMS saved me from having to do that on my milling machine. On top of that, even though I gave him no necessary due date, he had it repaired in a very short time, even though he had larger corporate jobs on his plate to deal with. I had an 40 electical motor smoke an go down or at least thats what it looked like . I took the motor into these guys and they said we need to test it first. It was good. So.. instead of needing motor repair I need some electrical wiring repair. Just wanted to say also. NO CHARGE.. and he gave me the right fittings to fix the wires. THANK YOU very much. Unbelievable customer service!!! Brought in a 6hp Baldor air compressor motor. Owner and associate immediately determined the issue and replaced the run capacitor during their lunch hour. Rewired the start capacitors, added a new resistor and provided a 110v and 220v run tests. What I thought would take a week to turnaround was done in less than an hour. Price was way more than reasonable. Great place for motor repair!!!

Took my commercial saw that wouldn’t turn on. They got fix and ready to go within the hour. Highly recommend this place.

I contacted IMS about a sewer plant motor that was down, over the phone I was told they were booked up for a week. When I took my motor in James must have thought sewer plants were pretty important, He just took my motor back and fixed it while I waited. Saved me having to buy a new motor and saved me a lot of money!
