My mail has always been delivered for the past 20 years on time and without incident. Post Office has been fine with me and hope they get the employee relations improved

We had to go in to pick up a package. My 2 year old was so excited! Cheyanne (I can’t remember if this is correct), Jim, and Lucas were all so kind! They let my son see the mailroom and were so friendly to him. I hope we need to make a visit to this location again soon!

Huge shout-out to Eric. Don't know what his last name is, but he followed up with me on a complaint I had filed and within our five minutes conversation he explained some things that erased the frustration this location had caused for years. He even went above and beyond so that we could pick up our package at a time that worked with our work schedule.

I stop by several times a week because I sell items on eBay. I honestly believe most of these negative reviews are due to a lack of patience. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The line can get long sometimes, but the employees try to get through it as quickly as possible while also providing good service.

Customers are just impatient. The staff are doing their best.

I normally get my mail delivered accurately on a daily basis. Most of these complaints are about one single offense out of the 300 or so times that the services are right. Human error can stand in the way of a service you pay for which sucks. The company is not perfect and we all are rightfully deserving of perfect service. However, I think these reviews are a tad bit unjust. It’s a lot of hardworking employees in this area that work hard in extreme weather and often job conditions. It’s like going to a restaurant every single day besides Sundays and major holidays and getting great service but when the order is wrong one or two times, you review the company the lowest you can. Try to work with management and corporate to resolve your issues. Help to weed out the ones that don’t care and take time to provide positive feedback to the ones that go above and beyond. Talk to your mail carriers and clerks and explain your expectations. Another option is purchasing a P.O. box and picking up your own mail and you will never have to worry about misdeliveries again. ☺ But, what do I know? I’m ok with my delivery service.

There was already a line when I got there at 9am, but the team was lovely and efficient moving people through the line. The gentleman who helped me was kind and incredibly helpful.

Having the same experience as others, except I understand the post office problems. The first one is the pandemic. That was harsh enough. Then the tornadoes, which is also part of their delivery routes. Now there are many people with no mail boxes that have to go to the post office to collect their mail. So don't get too upset if there are delays or issues.

I stopped in Saturday around noon to ship a package. It was such a smooth process with Sue’s assistance. She was so helpful and friendly!

The postman (Tony kroph) I read his name tag is one of the best. Stephane I think is the other that we see also good. They are so courteous and helpful and quick to answer questions. Hope you know how appreciated they are.

I have had excellent service from this post office and wonderful mail carriers. I am especially thankful for the great customer service by Kimberly who investigated a case involving missing mail recently. Thank you Kimberly and all!!

I've never had anything less than courteous and helpful service from the USP workers at this branch. They have always answered my questions and assisted with my packages with a smile and a kind word.

This is an excellent post office. It’s quick and efficient. I’ve been there several times and they’ve always done an outstanding job with my mail posts.

Woman at the counter was polite, helpful and treated everyone with kindness.

Edit to my previously negative review. Debbie, the post master general, went above and beyond to track down my passport. I am very appreciative of her hard work.

The lady helping me was super nice and patient. She helped me figure out the zip code because I couldn't remember it. Thank you.
