The guy in the drive-through was outstanding! I was adding all sorts of menu items to satisfy a car full, and he did not miss a beat!

We were advised our order won't take a few minutes due to Romeo Peach Festival Traffic...We didn't mind at all waiting a few minutes for our food. Just letting us know ahead of time made us happy...Got our food and it was the best I've had in a few visit from various Wendy's keep up the hard work.Thank you very much.....

The manager was friendly and helpful. The breakfast sandwich didn't taste fresh like the potatoe wedges did.

Conveniently located, always well staffed, and pretty consistent with the food. The manager, James, is also very nice and very helpful.

Very clean, beautifully decorated dining area, free Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. Typical Wendy's food - no complaints about our order. They have a special veteran's parking spot outside. Nice touch!

So. Drive thru was around the building and the manager was on the phone listening to complaints.
We ate inside. Food came quick.
So we were surprised when one of the workers offered us a free frosty for "waiting so long".

I ordered on Door Dash, and realized I forgot to add another co workers sandwich, so I called Wendy's and talked to a gentleman by the name of James. I told him what happened, and James was so helpful. James explained that it was no problem and would add it to my order, and not to worry about it. I know adding a hamburger to my order isn't a huge deal, but James was so sweet and understanding. I just feel that when someone like James is kind to customers, they deserve to be told how awesome they are doing. I wish I would see more positive reviews, especially for people like James, who go above for customers when they don't have, too. James, thank you and you are great at your job. I appreciate you.

We come to this wendys very often and each time I am very pleased! Lucas and Ronny make our visits extra special by making sure our food is of great quality and freshness! They know me and my children by name and it’s always a pleasant visit as soon as we see them working. They are very bright and vibrant people, I can tell the work environment is very relaxed and on top of everything when they are in charge! Absolutely great managers!! I’m a frequent visitor and I never leave upset! Great environment all around! Love love love this wendys hands down the best one I’ve been to!

Great experience! Had an issue trying to pull up an offer and figure out the whole mobile order deal. It didn't let me use two offers in one order and one offer presented some ordering issues. Took about 5 mins getting everything resolved and finally did it. I had purchased a key tag for the free frosty but didn't have it on me but didn't give me slack by tossing it in. Food was hot, good, as hoped for.

Update 2022: Family member had same issue with pulling up mobile app deal. Apparently offer was mobile order only but they didn't give us slack and accepted the offer manually. Good deal. Disappointed that they refused to honor a barely expired coupon (2 days). Would have been nice. I ended not eating since unable to redeem coupon but they enjoyed their meal. I cooked a really good and healthy chicken at home so I ate well.

I just ate the biscuits and gravy, and I give it 10+ stars. I eat alot of biscuits and gravy when out and these are THE best, including Cracker Barrell and Bob Evans. PLEASE keep them on the menu!!

The best Wendy’s I’ve been too. They will greet you at the door and make sure to give you everything you ask for. James is a very good cashier, he’ll make you feel like your at home.

Shout out to bigger dude in the back, was back there killing it! Best burger i have had from a fast good restaurant in a long time. Review definitely deserved.

The food was great and the service was exceptional! The manager really worked to make our experience perfect! Even walking through the dining area to chat for a moment with each customer and ask if he could get free drink refills for anyone.
Another touch that I thought set this restaurant apart and above others is that they have a reserved parking spot right outside the door for Purple Heart winners! This is the medal given to military members that are wounded in action.
They will soon be remodeling the restaurant but I will make sure to stop here often.

Every single employee at the Romeo Wendy’s is so friendly and nice! Their food is always good, and they’re open late. This is my go-to for fast food!

I love this Wendy's! The line is always maintained. Inside always clean when open. One of Romeo's cornerstones. I've never had a bad experience.

They have no problem making things fresh - all you have to do is ask. It does take a bit longer, but if you're not in a rush, it's worth the wait. We each had a grilled chicken sandwich and no salt fries - you can always add your own ! They don't always have new wave church music playing - a lot of times it's oldies or even classic rock Tonight it was rockin Christmas tunes and some of the old standards too
Dining room and restrooms are always clean

Due to the management, this place is run like a regiment, meaning employees are held accountable for their duties and quality of work. I venture to say customer dissatisfaction is rare here. Always clean, and food is fresh and well presented.

Southwest salad is always on point. The manager here is kind of short with his workers but to the point. They still use the old microphone to give orders which is strange for a really small kitchen and kind of annoying. Overall good food and old-timey Wendy's experience lol.

I thank McDonalds for being packed and forcing me over to Wendy's. First time eating there breakfast and it was GREAT. Tasted more like a home cooked meal than fast food!

This is hands down the best Wendy’s I have ever been to. The workers here are amazing and the manager is the best manager ever. I have been coming here for almost 5 years and will continue to give them my business.
