McDonalds

We were on our way to the vet. We were pretty sure we were going to lose our beloved fur buddy Gunner.

We want to get him a last treat of chicken nuggets. These were his favorite. His mommy used chicken nuggets to rescue him off the road 12 years ago when he was just a scared 6 month old puppy.

I want to thank the staff at McDonald's. We were there about 10 am and they were really busy. But upon being told what was happening they fired up the frier to make us an order of just chicken nuggets for our baby.

Thank you so much. It was the last thing we could do for Gunner. He's with his housemate Molly now.
Such a small gesture means so much to me and my family.

I had to wait longer than normal for my food at this location, and I had my cat at the emergency vet down the street, the vet called to have me check on my cat right away so had to leave before I got my food. After I left the vet again, I went back to see if they could remake my bagel and hash brown for me, and they did with no questions asked. It was really appreciated after an especially rough morning with a sick cat. Thank you to the employees at this McDonald's!

The sweetest and friendliest McDonalds works yet. I wasnt sure what I wanted and the lady was very patient and funny. She made my day.

Just wanted to take a moment and thank the workers at this McDonald's, my dog and I are kinda frequent flyers and they never sease to amaze me, sometimes idk if it's him brining joy to them or them and there treats and whipped cream. Regardless it's always smiles 😃 thankyou all keep it up!

This Mc Donald's is always clean and neat. So busy that you know your food will be fresh.
Steady crew means steady service and quality.

Long time in the drive thru but it was worth it. The food was hot! and good. Much needed after a long day on the way home. Super glad they were open when a few other places in the area are closed. They were thoughtful, kind and courteous. Speed could have been faster but it was late and the food was Fresh cooked. Nothing looked or tasted bad for being hot either. Cudos to them for a good crew. We frequent this one and are happy at other times of the day also. We used the mobile app and really love how far that's come along in the short amount of time we've used it.

Simply outstanding and believe me, I've been to all the McDonald's from the food down to the service everything was just simply stellar!!

Kind employees and they actually made my coffee delicious. Love the upgraded modern building and parking lot.

I came to this location on Sunday and I had a box truck that couldn’t fit underneath the awning. The girl came out and took my order and was so kind to give me the order for free since I had to wait like two minutes for the order to be made. This was above and beyond kind I really appreciate what you guys did and I’ll continue to come to this location whenever I’m in the area. Thanks so much team!

I had a wonderful experience with this McDonald’s. People here are very friendly and food quality was excellent. What I love about this McDonald’s is they do a great job keeping the lobby’s clean and make sure it’s a safe area. Drive thru is pretty quick too especially when there’s a line all the way out to Van Dyke sometimes

Went to the Washington, MI McDonald's location just before closing the other night. We encountered a very friendly, kind, patient worker named Chelsea. What a delight! You are a rare and beautiful example of true Customer Service. Thank you 😊

Service was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my ice cream and the wifi worked well (better than my rural home) another time I just stopped by for an ice cream cone and they let me have it for free. What a nice pleasant surprise that was!

As usual the food is so good and the sprite is just to die for and the french fries 🍟 omg don't even get me started ok they are the perfect amount of saltiness and some so soft and some are just the right amount of crispy/crunchy. So yes good i recommend it

I went there for lunch with my girls (2years old and 4 year old) The staff was great, the places was well run, and very clean. The kids area clean, sometimes with those jungle gums are so gross, not this one very clean. I am very happy I went there and I would you back again and a again. Despite that I live like 14miles away from this location.

Workers are very nice. Food is top-tier.

There was a lot of people in line, but my food came out quickly after it was ordered to make up for it. I haven't had McDonald's in a while, I forgot how good it was! 10/10
