My dog Cooper and I go to our TIM HORTONS in ROMEO every morning. Cooper gets his doughnut in a bag. The team is fantastic. Our Cooper is blind so the trip to TIM HORTONS is very important to us. The team members at our TIM HORTONS always make our day.

My diet does not allow me to eat here often. So I come here to satisfy a craving. This time it was a chocolate on chocolate donut.
The donut was fresh and hit the spot.
The counter person was friendly and was not just a robot taking your order. She had personally.
I thoroughly enjoyed this visit.

As expected, this Tim Hortons is in par with others I've been to. Great place to grab a quick breakfast sandwich and a coffee when you're on the road or just need a place to sit for a bit. I stop by here on the way home from nearby county park many weekends for a pick-me-up after a long day of play.

I had a person yelling at me for taking too long to order (had big order for teenagers), and the staff handled it very, very well. Good employees who don't tolerate Karen's. Love it.

I’m not sure why this Tim Hortons has such bad reviews. The only negative I can think of is that they are often busy. They do a great job keeping the line moving though. Food and drinks are very good and consistent. Great food and staff!

This Tim Hortons is located at 32 Mile (St Clair St) and M-53 Hwy (Van Dyke) conveniently on my way home from just about everywhere. I use the drive through frequently.

The staff is always friendly and efficient. And unless I'm coming *really* late in the day, the donuts are always fresh, otherwise they are sold out of certain ones. But I can get a good honey dipped at any time.

I've tried some of the sandwiches and bagels, but not many because of food allergies. I can eat more types than expected though because they have a food allergy pdf on their website.

I've been to other Tim Hortons locations but this one is consistently the best for good service and fresh availability.

I love coffee from here it's brewed great taste great and helps me start my day.

Always Excellent Customer Service Given here. Drive Thru People are great for the most part. Sometimes the little device to Scan the Tim Horton App gives problems. That is not though any of the Tim Horton Workers problems .That is Modern Technology not Working or Cooperating at times. And sometimes even though I may tell them my 80 year old Brother In Law is a Senior Citizen & they forget to put the Discount . For the most part though Anita the Tim Horton's Owner of the Restaurant & her Drive Thru Crew do a Great Job ! Kudos to All of You.

This Tim Hortons in particular is ALWAYS awesome!!! Great customer service, always friendly, store is always clean, food is consistently fresh and of course the coffee!!! I do not mind going past 4 other Tim Hortons to come to this one, mainly because of the customer service. Keep up the great job!!!

I love this place it has the most awesome coffee best honey dip donut very soft and fluffy anything you can ask and they have best ice cream cake in there from cold stone I would go there all the time and I do go there all the time best experience best customer service very kind and gentle and I love leaving tip.

I had the Tunafish sandwich and a vanilla latte; both were very good! Great friendly service as well. I will be back.

That archer guy is a real bro. Also, I was getting my car repaired at 21 and van dyke, stopped in here and asked the dude what’s good, and he suggested the French vanilla cappuccino. It was incredible. Sadly, I don’t live out there, but I would consider renting an apartment in the area just to taste the sweet concoction of French vanilla that I drank that day. To. Die. For. I would marry it if it weren’t frowned upon by the state.
