Culver’s

We were here at the Culver in Washington Twp on Saturday and was greeted by Julie the Manager. She was very nice, professional, treated customers the way they like to be treated and more. She even asked us if we would like to try the new bacon best on our order. It’s nice seeing Restaurants that care about there customers because most places don’t now days. Now I see at the tables you can skip the line and order your food that way. Keep up the good work.

This is a fairly new restaurant. It is done very nice. The staff was very nice. You place your order. They give you a number for your table. Then they bring your food to you. I tried the curd burger. I will say I was thinking about a sandwich I got when I was in the Czech. So I was comparing. It was a yellow cheese curd on the burger was ok. Probably wouldn't order again

First time at this location and I have to say it was a amazing compared to some other locations I have been at. The staff was friendly and even with being extremely busy my food was fast, hot, and correct. But what caught my eye more than anything was seeing the manager Rob ( that's what I was told his name was) working just as hard and just as much as his staff. Running around taking orders, running orders out to cars, cleaning the dining area. These days you see more times then not the managers doing nothing, just standing around while the staff works hard. I applaud this manager and the owner for running such an upstanding business. I will definitely be returning.

First time coming to this location. It wasn’t very busy at 1:30-ish and the crowd that was there cleared by 2. The staff are all very friendly. Like, over the top nice! Love the staff here and how kind and helpful they are. The food is amazing as always. The store was also very clean including the bathrooms. We will be returning. This will be our new spot!

I love Culver's. The shakes are really good. I usually get either the fish dinner or a pot roast sandwich. I usually get a side of potatoes and gravy to dunk the sandwich. I am almost drooling writing about it. Normally, we do drive-through. I like the way they do their drive-through. They are quick, but the way they do it makes it seem like you are not waiting as long . Great restaurant. I would highly recommend them

Everyone is always so friendly here. The food is always hot, and the prices are great. They even have broccoli as a side option for kids.

Never been disappointed, first time for a double cheeseburger and fries best burger I had in a long time and fries. Will be back.

I LOVE this restaurant. The shrimp--seriously the best I have ever had... The service is amazing. The food is awesome and the prices are amazingly good for the price. Highly recommend ‼

My wife and I visited your restaurant for the first time this afternoon. Food, service and everything was great. Additionally, “Blessed Assurance” was playing on the overhead speaker. Amen!

This Culver's is great. The staff are particularly courteous and friendly. I love Culver's in general because it is one of the few places I can get a gluten free burger. This location always asks me if it is an allergy or a preference. On the two occasions that they have accidentally placed a non-GF bun on my burger, they apologized profusely and promptly made me a new one, no questions asked. This location does not have a dedicated frier, so it is not possible to get GF fries. The ice cream is delicious.

Staff is amazing, and food is great too! Highly recommend, service was much faster than I expected getting food for three people. Definitely recommend the pretzel bites!!

Been here a few times and every single time has been so good! Thank you to all the staff and management. You all care and it shows.

I never had Culver's before but it was really good! The burger was good, the fries were hot, fresh and perfectly salted and the pumpkin spice shake was the best I've ever had! The food came out fast and the employees were all nice.

Last culvers i was in,was madison hts, 12 and 75..took a long time for a cheeseburger combo..Not today..my wife and i were in the area, and stopped in for late lunch..what a pleasant place to stop at..clean, well lit..and greeted soon as we walked in.. ordered our lunch..and in 10 minutes, hot food, and a smile!! My compliments to this staff!!!!

This is by far the best Culver's I've been to. Very clean and organized. Great food served by pleasant employees.

Walleye during Lent season is FANTASTIC. Cod not bad the rest of the time. Lightly battered and moist.

For fast food, the portions are about right. Service was quick enough, and we enjoyed the food.

We went to the New Culver's in Washington and were very pleased. The staff is friendly (not to mention that there are a few faces that we are used to seeing in the Community working there now, which is nice) and attentive. I was impressed how the Team worked together and assisted each other very efficiently. That was nice to see. Sure, this is not Fast Food but a Quality Restaurant which cooks your order FRESH (just like the associates say when they take your order "what can we make Fresh for you today?") so it is worth the 10-15 minute wait.
I hope people in the Community are patient and kind as this new establishment gets the kinks out and allows the Team to become the best they can be. They sure showed to us they are on their way and WANT to Please!!

You can never go wrong with Culver’s. They always are fully staffed but not only that staffed with great people. We have been to this new location twice and both great experiences. Today we went inside for a carryout and Gavin waited on us. He knew everything about the menu, his scripting was perfect and he got our order right and fast with the computer for being just new. Romeo needed this badly. Culver’s has a great culture that other local businesses should adopt. This is the only fast food we will frequent. Love the food, salads are always full and perfect too!!

Great food, had Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp dinner and it was better than the Red Lobster! Friendly staff, clean and affordable!
