Pool productions has the most polite, professional and friendly people working there. I had the worst experience trying to get my pool opened at another pool place. I decided to get a second opinion at Pool Productions and I am very glad I did. They explained everything that they were doing instead of just selling me a bunch of chemicals. My pool went from looking like a swamp to being crystal clear. I am very happy with the results. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Pool Productions, you are the best!!

Thought I should edit this review some, as I definitely have more to say about this company.

Everyone that works there is friendly, helpful and does everything in their power to help make your experience being a pool/spa owner a simple task.

With their water testing being much better than what I have at home, I will sometimes just bring in water to get it tested because I can get exactly what I need before I leave.

Pool Productions is great! My wife and I bought a spa last year. It's wonderful, but it had an issue that was covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Pool Productions have been very responsive and helpful despite us being outside their service area. We can't recommend them enough.

I have been coming here since 2020 and have had nothing but positive experiences with the employee's. They have all been very helpful even when all of my pool equipment was breaking down. Always able to help me get my pool up and running and have had good service experiences here. Thanks!

Pool production did a great job installing our pool liner. Their attention to detail is high and did a quality job. They were in and out in one day in time for us to enjoy Labor Day weekend!

More than 15 years ago we bought a house with a pool. They have been helping us take care of it all this time. They are perfectionist when it comes to water testing. Unfortunately for us a few years ago they had to replace a liner that was leaking. They did a great job. They saved our water, added stairs to our pool and were done quickly. I highly recommend them for your pool needs. They are always proactive. P.S. The owners are always a hoot to talk to.

Update* 4 years ago I gave pool productions 5 stars. Back then, I had just bought a house with an in ground "pool" it was more like a swamp. Today I am still a dedicated customer!

Pool productions answered all my questions and never tried to sell me anything. They never once pressured me into things I didn't need. With their help and my own internet research I was able to repair the pool returns, filter, and get from swamp green to crystal clear!

I've used them for 90% of our pool chemicals. Having a place where I can exchange my liquid chlorine jugs for full ones makes me feel a lot better about our pool's environmental impact!

Never once have I had a poor experience here. Staff is always friendly, super knowledgeable and ready to help you out! Just the other day they were busy so the owner came out to help load me up. That is exactly the type of business I love supporting!

Lastly prices, I am willing to pay much more than online prices for products that come with knowledgeable staff interaction and are of high quality. If you are paying more than online here, I assure you, you are getting a good quality product and the staff can and will be happy to answer most any question you have about it. Keep that in mind but also realize they aren't going to pressure you so if you have a budget you can totally stick to it!

You Rock Pool Productions! You did a fantastic job replacing our 22-year old swimming pool liner this past August. Noah and the other workers worked very hard and were very proficient. They saved our existing pool water in blow up pools in our yard which made it great to swim soon after the liner was replaced. We were so impressed with how fast the men worked and when Noah said the liner would be completed in two days--it was! We also made the decision to change over to Mineral Salt instead of using Chlorine and everyone who has been in our pool love it too. Andy and Jeanne Schneider are the best people to work with and possess the expertise that customers need. They are friendly, caring, honest and loyal to their customers. We feel like "family" when we come into the store with all their friendly employees. Their staff Nate and Gary and all the others who are and have been employed by Pool Productions throughout the years have impressed my whole family. Thank you for all of our wonderful experiences with all of you!

As a past employee, Pool Productions is extremely professional and will do everything the right way. The pools are built to perfection, as no one in the Jackson area is in the same league. The customer service is the best I have ever seen. They will always make sure the customer is happy and informed. Loved working for this company and still would be if I wasn’t attending school.

Pool Productions (Chris and another associate) just came out and closed our pool for the season, it was a great experience. They were very professional, did not seem to cut corners (like the previous company we used), and took some time to explain the process to my husband since we are hoping to close it ourselves next year. We switched to using Pool Productions completely this summer after continued bad experiences at another local company that we used to install our pool. Everyone at Pool Productions is so helpful and takes the time for us whenever we have questions. I would definitely recommend, I can't tell you how many times my husband and I have said we wished we would have used Pool Productions from the start.

From the beginning, 10 years ago, Pool Productions has provided us with excellent service. Back when the store was small but the service was BIG, William and I came in to "talk" about getting ideas. An hour, maybe more, of talking with Gary, we knew what we wanted and would fit our needs. Then Andrew came out to help us plan where to put it, not at all where we thought we would, and boy are we glad. They even moved it slightly as they were putting it in so my view from the dining room table was perfectly centered. They aim for perfection. From design, set up, fencing ideas, maintenance and trouble shooting they were there. We, our family and friends enjoy our pool and couldn't be happier. In fact we are heading in now with our monthly water sample, and I know we will be greeted by smiling faces and great advice, and a cool beverage from the cooler. Maybe I'll even take advantage of their new massage chair....

Great service. Used someone else to build our pool and had nothing but problems. Used pool productions since and have been very happy. Highly recommend

Pool Productions installed our new bullfrog spa last weekend before the Thanksgiving holiday and did an amazing job. We contacted them a month before we closed on our new house and they ordered our spa so it was available on the closing date. They went out of their way to get us hooked up with a local electrician that they had confidence in and the install was perfect. We took our water sample in and Paul was able to tell us exactly how to make the water conditions perfect. He instructed me on water maintainence as well. I had a concern late Wednesday evening and Andrew came right over and took care of everything. I couldn't believe he came out on a holiday weekend to provide that kind service. The whole experience.... from Jeane making sure we had the chance to come in a try out the spa, to Paul making sure we had the know how to take care of it, to Andrew and his team for the unbelievable service and the flawless install .... it was OUTSTANDING !! I am so pleased and I HIGHLY recommend the team at Pool Productions for anything you may need. They made this easy and enjoyable ! They are terrific........Thank you Andrew, Paul and Jeane !

They were there every step of the way from design to construction and on to after care.

My pump broke and they stood behind thier products and fixed in less than two hours, not even thier fault. They fixed it super fast, best service ever

Pool Productions not only did an exceptional job, we know they will stand behind their products and will continue to guide us to keep our in ground pool and hottub in pristine condition. I highly recommend. Would have given a 10 star!

I stop here every day. The staff is friendly. Can get busy at times and it is a smaller store so can feel overwhelming at times.

Great customer service, free water test. Was told to use certain chemicals and followed there procedure and my pool water went from cloudy to Crystal clear in less then 2 days. Thanks Zach
