Worst experience of any fast food restaurant I have ever had. 😫 Took forever to get 1 burger and 1 chicken sandwich due to the fact that the staff do nothing but play around inside the store

Very clean. The ladies at the drive through are very nice. My 4 year old loves coming with me because the ladies always speak to him and he's a LADIES MAN!! 😂

I just wanna put in a note so hopefully these girls manager will see it, but the girls working the drive-thru early morning around 9:30am on Thursday sept. 7th, were so nice and kind. I usually don’t have a good experience at McDonald’s but these girls working the drive through that morning were great. I appreciate y’all

The kids had a ball at the indoor playground! They played with all ther kids there it was clean and service was fast! A nice place to go to get the kids out the house but keep them cool from the heat!

It's McDonald's! You know the food!

7/7/23 ate inside. You "can" order at the counter, but I think it's expected that you use the kiosk. Pretty straight-forward. Get a table # to put on your table; they bring the food to you. Refill on drink at counter, no beverage machine, and whole new cup.

Ordered on Cinco De Mayo pretty late. We got some HOT fries which was amazingggg. Some of the best McDonald’s I had in a while. Typically there is always something wrong or cold in my order but let me tell you-I’ve been impressed. My fiancé got some chicken nuggets as well and he said they were delicious. Whoever has been cooking has done wonderful and if there has been a change in staffing believe me we can tell! Thank y’all.

For a fast food place not bad place to grab something real quick

Great customer service this morning. There was a older white gentleman that I believe his name was Leonard that was at the second window. Not 100% sure that’s his name. He was the SWEETEST and very quick about getting our meal to us. You could’ve had the worst service food wise, but it’s your staff and people who make the experience! He was a sweetheart and it’s not often when a 4 year old gets all the way home and brags on him saying how nice and sweet that man was that gave us our food! 10 out of 10 today guys. Keep getting staff that genuinely CARES! It will go a long way...

I truly had the best experience here last night. The young man, im assuming he was the manager, was dressed to impress & his manners were matching. He thanked me for coming in & even complimented my nails. Very great experience ♡

Got breakfast and coffee,, which is the most important shift for good staff/employee quality .. They got our order correct the first time with a ton of people in line. This staff was busy as hell, and the line went smoothly and quickly without a hitch. I would stop here again, and I am not a fan of MCDONALD'S or their food.

Never any issues at this location for me. I enjoy the ladies that work the morning shift they are always kind and always at least one employee will say hello to my doggy.

We've always had pretty good experiences at this McDonald's. The employees are polite and quick, the food has always been hot and accurate, and (with only a few exceptions over the past 6 years) we've never had to wait long to get our orders. We do try to go outside of peak hours, so I don't know if that makes a difference, but that's just a personal preference. All in all, a great place for a quick bite!

The cashier at the pay window around 3:30pm on 04/12/2023 deserves all the kudos. Very friendly and excellent customer service skills.

I had a very pleasant experience at the drive through this morning. Without saying a word the attendant perceived my concern about the incorrect sweetener in my coffee and gladly offered to poor me a new cup on the spot. I am SUPER pleased with that level of service.

A very friendly lady brought my order out and actually asked me to make sure the order was right because there had been mix ups previously that am. First time I have had an employee ask me to make sure so I wasnt inconvenienced. Wished I would have gotten her name. Very sweet with a big smile!

We enjoy bringing our four kids here... The staff is friendly, it's usually pretty clean, they're efficient with the orders, and they honestly have one of the nicest playground areas around. It's large, they love playing in it, and it keeps the kids happy!

After arguing that I had
not ordered a soda the person at the window gave me a hated sandwich instead of my sausage McMuffin with egg

I'm loving the new rewards at McDonald's and the cool way I can order everything pay for it and it be ready when I get there it's so efficient technology has its perks.
